I read it as a post borne of frustration at the inconsiderate posting of gear one wants when in the car, at work, paypal is being a dog, wife needs ..........

I think the idea is a good one, and perhaps the current swap thread sticky would be the place for those advance warnings, or even a dedicated thread itself, so that if you subscribed to it - and people were good enough to post their intent to sell one, you'd know.

Well, long story short the intention of my tantrum was not to elicit a rescue but, this being Reoville and all, one of course came.

This site never ceases to amaze me and the caring attitude shown by Reonauts is simply astounding.

I still thinking letting folks know here somehow before posting in the classies is a good idea though. Case in point, another one just went up in the last few minutes. Because of this thread I have received several PMs from a few of you alerting me which is wonderful, thank you all, but it's another proof point that we need a better mousetrap for this.

I refuse to craigs_ripoff_list any more...here in these parts it seems to be used for cheap clone ripoffs. I once saw a Provari listed for $400. Mind you, this was a simple satin silver. I sent an email to the seller to only inform him he did not have a brick of gold and his prices was a bit out of line - maybe he didnt know? - maybe a gift? - who knows but I thought I would let him know before he got his .... handed to him. Well, shut my mouth - by the time he sent response back to me he had sold it - for $400...

I'm sure this is against the rules somehow but I don't care, I'm going to suggest a new Reoville courtesy.

Can we please somehow get the word out here in Reoville first before we sell coveted things like Woodvilles in the classies? I have spent literally the last several month F5-ing the classies to death and checking the trade thread here only to step away to make some breakfast this morning and have a beautiful 18650 slip through my fingers.

Everyone has the right to do as they wish with their property but it is widely known these are highly sought after devices and I think sharing a heads up shouldn't be out of the question.

ECF rules state that sales may only happen through the classifieds.

If someone announces they are going to list a REO then it might be seen as a advertisement.

Selling a REO before it hits the classifieds is not allowed.

Just a reminder here, we don't want anyone to get into trouble.

I literally sold everything vape related I have to buy a second REO. LOL don't even have a back up......hubby is nervous...not me I'm rocking the REO with a small rebuild kit nearby with batteries of course. I think I'll get a mini! Maybe? I don't know....RM3 also? This is fun.
