I can't find the contest thread, perhaps it was deleted. Anyway, thank you so much for having a contest. I won and up until now I hadn't had a chance to try your juices. My ADV for almost 2 years has been a candy cane flavor by another vendor. It's the only juice I really like and live in fear that something may happen to them. I have tried almost every vendor's version of candy cane and while some I like, nothing has come close to mine...until now!!!

- A fifth XL cart in the pack and a reduction in price. Several companies sell the Kanger XL carts for under $7.00 and you get five in the pack.

- Cover the cost of shipping on warranty repairs and returns. That a customer has to ask to be refunded the cost of shipping on warranty work is a horrible business practice.

-On the upside I enjoy the presentation box the G6 starter package comes in is amazing and I like the tin for samplers. They are touches that distinguish Halo from a number of their competitors.

Buyable "coil condoms" for the triton heads just like you can but the extra tips.They seem to be the weakest link in the triton tank setup. 5 water soaks, 2 vodka soaks and I still can't get the longhorn out of there. I have also lost a few down the sink. I mean, they can't be that exoensive, $0.50 A peice or like $5 for a 10 pack because they are so small.

A 510 compatible, single top coil tank, 2-3ml, optimized for Halo e-juice, like the triton tank is, for use with regulated or mech mods, with Halo QC would be nice.

I sent this as a mail to you all on Friday, but since i just joined here today figured I would post it here too.

Firstly thank you for your product, your website and helping me finally get off of analogs. I had previously ordered new coils in a couple different resistances, and found this a great way to get the most out of certain juices. I did have a slight problem though in cleaning tanks and becoming confused as to which ohm coil was which, since there is no way to tell them apart once out of the blister pack. I have also noticed on ECF and other places fellow Halons have this similar, albeit minor issue. Being a man who likes to come up with solutions instead of ..... about problems, I have a small one for you.

How about color coding the coil's "condom" sleeve. For example brighter warmer colors for the lower (hotter) resistance coils, and darker cooler colors for the higher (colder) resistance coils. Maybe a red for the 1.8-2.0, orange for 2.2-2.4, green for 2.6-2.8 and blue for the 3.0-3.2.

Good suggestion, and welcome!

Before I figured out I prefer the high ohm "cooler" coils, I just wrote down the tank color and the coil that is currently in it, and store unused or coils that need cleaning back inside their blister pack with the sticker peeled back and resting on top. Of course this might not work if you have multiple tanks of the same color.

I don't care for it but Voodoo has some cinnamon, you might want to try that.

A higher VG option would help to keep me as a customer. My throat gets much more irritated from Halo eliquids than from other vendors with higher vg options. Halo has some of the best flavors around but my throat keeps telling me to stop ordering it.




My tongue never complains, though.

Wall charger sag sucks, maybe have the connector be on top so the e-cig batt would stand straight up, or down depending on how you plugged it in. Another option would be to have a short length USB cable connected to the charging threads, such as this one.

Halo carrying case for Triton gear would be awesome.

I also like the etching of the Halo Logo (The Flame Graphic) idea on the bottom of the Triton batts, that would be nice.

Also, the spring sale is very nice, but why can't it stack with the ECF 10% coupon! I know it sounds greedy, but it would be nice, or at least have the ECF coupon work on hardware too.

I have a suggestion:

How about offering the Cost Savings your National customers receive, "Free Shippingon Ordersover $75", to Canadians. Charge us the extra bit for crossing the border, possible extra packaging etc... and, of course, we then get nailed with the Canada Post pick-up charge. That would be helpful as $40 total shipping cost for a 4 hour car drive away is a little steep, but don't know if feasible/practical....

Things I'm seeing for other tanks that I'm not seeing for the mini tank.Replacement tips.Would be nice if they came in diff colors to match the colors of the mini tanks.One other suggestion would be for a case.Like the Triton case but for the mini tanks with the G6 batteries.Though the tips would be nice, it's the case that would be awesome.Who doesn't like a customized case to fit their gear.

Side note: the Triton tips come with condoms, the minis should have this as well.I would totally keep and use them.

I remember reading that Halo posted (on facebook?) a new flavor was coming in 1-2 months. That was like 3-4 months ago. I'm wondering if they delayed, tweaked, or scraped the flavor all together, as Cinder recently made the flavor suggestions (contest?) thread. Maybe that was for a future flavor.

Right around Easter, Cinder did indicate it would be Late May-ish, unfortunetly I think that was in the flavor suggestions thread which got locked/deleted so cant go back and read it.
