I agree with beesknees. So far, I'm sold on your juices. They taste amazing, are gentle on my carts / clearos, and are worth the cost. But an "add extra VG" option would be nice. After using Torque all day, I find my throat irritated. I've taken to mixing my own 10 ml bottle with 90% Torque and adding in about 10% unflavored VG. Doesn't cut down on the flavor too much, and creates the perfect all day vape, but having you guys do it might keep the flavor / nic level the same. Even 5% - 10% more VG makes a world of difference.

I can tell you that we havent changed any of our recipes but other than that im not sure what could have happened. You mentioned that you are new, i dont know if thats to the forum or to vaping but if its to vaping sometimes the longer you are off cigarettes and the more you are vaping the more your taste buds redevelop and flavors completely change to you so one day you like something and the next you hate it. Also you could have gotten them in completely different stages of steeping. Other than that, if you would like you can email customer service at cs@halocigs.com and give them the lot numbers of the bottles and they can double check that there was nothing wrong or no other complaints from that batch. Sorry to hear they aren't working out for you.

We'd love to offer them also, but we are concerned about quality. We rotate our stock very quickly, and I dont see too much of a market currently for the larger bottles. That being said, we could end up with liquid sitting on the shelf for longer than we feel comfortable with. Perhaps as our business grows, this is something we can offer.

Why can't this be made to order then? It may take longer to ship etc., but there's plenty of us who wouldn't mind.

50 ml bottles seem a good size. I get some from another vendor, and I can use them in 2 weeks. I know I'd burn through 50ml of Torque and HX3 in no time flat

Yes, thanks as well Cags for providing the link. Cinder, in terms of me being new that is as a member of ECF, been vaping just shy of 3 years now. I know Halo is synonymous with quality and am very familiar with the liquids I ordered, both direct and indirect, other than the Bella Valente, but I understand steeping, age, even temp are all contributing factors. The only one that has not changed in taste after several weeks is the Valente, the only one I can't compare to a previous order ... lol. But please do not view my post as a put down by any means, I was asking if anyone else was experiencing the same thing... Due to my ignorance from being new to the forum I did not know where I should have posted it initially ... here. All that being said, i love your products, you have by far the BEST Turkish blend on the market and certainly good pricing, especially with coupons.

I would like to suggest stocking some plastic 10ml needle tip bottles. I have one that makes refilling the tanks super fast and easy! But I would like to buy more of them and Halo has become my one stop shopping place.

Can I suggest some testing in regards to G6 manual batteries with the G6 mini-tanks? I have one battery that is useless with my mini-tank, and it seems to be an issue with another member as well.

It would be nice if the e-liquid came with a little sticker with the name of the juice. I ordered a bunch of tanks to dedicate for different flavors. It would be easier and 'neater' to simply put a sticker on the tank, than to write the name of the e-liquid on it with a Sharpie.

How about doing six 7ml bottles of your choice for $25? Basically make your own sample pack, minus the tin. You could have a make your own sampler pack icon on the website that won't allow you to get more than one of each flavor.

Just thought of this now...

What about a 10 or 12 flavor special sampler pack that comes in a nice gift box. Something like a cigar box.

Or a "deluxe" starter kit that has the afore mentioned special sampler pack.

Just some ideas.

It would be nice if you guys could come up with a cherry flavored juice. All the juices I've tried from you guys are amazing but it would be nice to have a cherry flavor to use after a dinner for a nice sweet treat.

And I don't know if this is the right spot to ask but do you guys have any retailers in the Chicagoland area that sell your supplies? And if not do you have any plans for this?

We always have new flavors in the works, we may eventually have something with cherry As for resellers in Chicago, I don't believe we currently have any, from what i hear from our sales team many of the stores out there make their own liquids and are not interested in carrying an additional liquid line. If you know of any shops in particular that you think might be interested please feel free to PM me and I will have someone contact them!

One big suggestion for the Halo site concerning returns? A Halo customer in this forum unfortunately got a defective battery (Hey, it happens to the best of them!). Especially in light that you do not have an actual support tel. number, I think that you really need to have a "Return Policy" tab right up front on your site, with terms and more importantly, well-spelled-out proceedures.

Although your re-vamped site is much improved, this is the kind of misunderstanding that can result in customer loss.

Having a search function for authorized brick and mortar retailers/resellers would be great, especially since I'll be traveling to Prague for a week at the end of the month, and would love to be able to buy Halo e-liquid and tanks at my destination, rather than take what I think I will need and risk getting my vape gear lost/stolen/confiscated. I know Prague is big into e-nic, as they call it, so there may be Halo retailers/resellers, but finding them seems like a lost cause.
