Thought maybe this could be a worthwhile thread...

One thing I think would improve the Prodigy is if the base plate for the battery compartment was grooved for lack of a better way of putting it... like the edge of a quarter. It would make it easier to screw it on and off.

Next?

Old-timey electronics term was "knurled" as applied to knobs. In numismatics I believe they say "milled", probably because the grooves would be applied by a milling machine. (See what happens when you have a Jesuit education? Your description was perfectly adequate, but I couldn't resist...)

I don't have my Prodigy yet but I can see where some sort of "grip enhancement" would be a good thing.

I't loosens up after it is screwed on a few times but yes, that would be an improvement. I would like to see either the button or switch housing to be the natural aluminum color. Hard to see in dim light while watching TV.

Here's an example, if pictures help:

These are guitar volume/tone knobs, but the same concept applies.

I would like to see the battery base plate have a push..turn..click type of action, along with a knurled knob, as walrus had suggested. Would be great if the adapters had the same type of action also.

The ability to change adapters without removing the battery base plate would also be a plus.

A built in drip bottle with a pump that holds a couple of mls would be the ultimate accessory IMO.

Oh, I almost forgot, a rheostat(?) to have different voltage options.

While I'm fantasizing, how about a battery level indicator and a built in voltage meter, lol.

What about a built-in usb charger ala Janty Stick, so that you can charge the batteries while continuing to vape? Then you would only have to change the battery when it fails to hold a charge any more.

if im not mistaken i think steve is trying to do something like this for the prodigy V2 but only at 3.7 volts with a longer lasting battery (I think)
