nah there's no tension i did think u were referring to me but i'm a paranoid beast sometimes...no worries....i took ur comment as a joke, gave a joke reply in response which i guess some ppl took seriously but it doesn't matter the fact is i've been wanting to be done w/ this for awhile lol just can't seem to pull myself away (from ecf in general). I pretty much said everything I have to say about this - my method is ultra simple and the easiest thing in the world if u know how to cook. All I rly have to say, I'm tired of answering the same questions every day is all, guess I'm just lookin for any excuse to leave.

And yeah, this thread is terrifically helpful and fun and maybe you have a right to walk your dawg, too. I'm thinking you'd be missed some, though.
Now, once more for the road, how many drops in a liter of a cup of a beaker of an ounce of a percent? And do I need goggles? And can I use olive oil?

Reporting back:

I tried all of my flavours as sugested, each of them diluted in a separate bottle and I came up with these percentages:

Virginia 2%
Seven Leaves 2%
Hypnotic mist 4%
Black fire 4 - 5 %
Vanilla Tahiti - 9%
Oba Oba 10%
Banana 5%
Almond 2.5%
Jamaican Rum - 3%
Ice Menthol - 3%
Caramel - 3%
Coconut - 3%

Just tried these and if I may add : THEY SUCK. None of them are good alone except maybe hypnotic mist wich is kinda cool/dry and not for my taste. Anyone has any sugestions on how to mix the above list to get a vapable/pleasant mix ?

caramel + viginia + almond (+ some sorta tobacco)
vanilla tahiti + jamaican rum + banana + coconut (+ black fire?)

We haven't tasted them, so it's impossible to tell. We also don't have your tastebuds. If you had a grahame cracker kind of flavour I would say try your hand at a Boba's Bounty kind of flavour. It's a tobacco base with very minor additions of other flavours. I've seen recipes that call for one or two drops of additional flavour in a 30ml batch. So you've now got the tobacco flavours working at these percentages right? Try the black fire and make a 30ml batch, then add:

two DROPs vanilla
one DROP coconut
two DROPS caramel
one DROP of almond for good measure

This is a very minor percentage, it will taste basically like black fire at this point. Shake the bottle vigoursly and let steep for one week. Try it again after the colour changes.

Let us know how it works.

Oh, and if you add a few drops of the banana as well you've got Monkey Juice (kind of) which seems to be getting good reviews. Banana and tobacco... who'd a thunk?


Edit: on second thoughts I think I'd leave out the vanilla. I've had baaaad experiences with vanilla.

Vanilla sucks, it tastes nothing like vanilla it`s just... makeing me sick, really subtile and chemical taste at 9% but I cant feel it lower... wich sucks.
I`ll try the black fire mix and will report back when it is done

I think vanilla is supposed to be used at the point where it doesn't actually taste like vanilla. You might notice that all of these drop additions aren't actually going to be tasted as full flavours. The magic of Boba's is that no-one can actually figure out how it's actually made, but people are saying they are getting close with these drop additions. Some are using RY4 for the tobacco base but I've also seen virginia and even flue clured being offered as possible choices. Heck, go ahead and add the vanillia. It's only one or two drops in a 30ml bottle, right?

blargh there are no percentages! do or do not, there is no try. add some oba oba to base, throw in some hypno, 7 leaves and menthol ice. shake, smell, add what's needed. ok fine in descending order of amount - 7 leaves, oba oba, hypno, menthol ice but use ur nose, it's there for a reason.

tell me please ave you done a good old plain straight up Butterscotch......I am paying a fortune for my favorite flavor from a vendor and would love to get a DIY try...but have failed several times.....must be something magic besides just FA butterscotch !!!!!!!!

ppl having a bad experience w/ this kind of diy should stick to vendor juice, this is the easiest possible way to do it - all u have to do is find which company ur vendor uses for their butterscotch. i assure u they are not making it from scratch lol, there's only 7 or 8 possibilities/companies - personally i've tried velvet vapors butterscotch which they sent to me as a freebie and FA - both were good but i'm not a huge fan of butterscotch so i haven't tried any others.

Well that can't be easy to find out !!!!!
I will keep experimenting....but seems I am missing something....tried sweetener and sweet cream....sweetener only....cream only....not many more combo's I can do...

My vendor juice vapes cool and sweet....wonder if more sweetener or menthol Artic might do it too....Ha....need to be a chemist.
