I just received my 18350 Super T Work Horse. I'm also calling her "Filly." She has the same exceptional craftsmanship we have grown to expect from Super T. Very strong hit and yet quite portable. As always, made in USA and at a cost of $69, it puts away the old tired "too costly, gotta buy clones" argument! Not only a lifetime warranty but you actually get a response from the person who conceived and built this solid beauty!

This is my first attempt at PV photo, so bear with me. This pic is taken seconds after opening the package, slipping in a fresh battery and topping her with a KFL+ and a Super T Snub Nose.

Nice looking mod for a mech mod, however I'm not too sure about that fire button, after looking at the pictures, and video on Super T's website, it looks as if there isn't any way to lock the fire button, I'd be afraid to set it down or put it in my pocket, even if it is a recessed fire button (can't really tell by the pics of video) but it sure does have a short switch throw, In my mind this is a serious safety concern especially on a mech mod.

You do need to be careful with it. The foolproof lock on this one is to unscrew the atomizer.
Here's my experience with it. It has never fired when I set it down. I have never set it down on anything other than a flat surface. ;) It has never fired in my pocket and I have carried it inside my left front pants pocket on my feet 9 hours a day five days a week for the two weeks since I received it, nothing else in my pocket. I'm good with it. Would it ever fire in my pocket? Probably. At that time I will curse the fact that I didn't unscrew the atomizer.

If one is looking for a lock, the Simplicity line is lockable. Even if a mod has a lock, one should still be removing the battery and/or atomizer when transporting. But the biggest point of all is look over the years on mods that have had batteries vent in them, many of them had a locking button so a lock isn't in of itself a guarantee of any safety what so ever, always remove your battery/atomizer when transporting!

Yes, I can't speak to the pocket, YET. I've had it sitting on a flat table with a very heavy topper (KFL+) and all is well. When I do put it in my front pocket later, I will use care to have said pocket empty and pay attention (I've even fired my Provari unintentionally when in my pocket).

Wish my pic did it as much justice as the "real thing."

My experiences been like Snorks, in that it's in my pocket 12 hours a day every day. The exception being I don't unscrew the atomizer, it has never fired in my pocket. I keep a carto tank on the 18 350 in the car, it's a wonderful little device. I have absolutely no regrets buying either of them, or the spares…

I was really wanting to check out the 18350 version but David threw a titanium wrench into that plan.
I'm super pleased with the 18650. It just works.

Titanium wrench?

I think David had the KFL in mind when he designed this....seamless! (Bet he had something else in mind though).

I must agree with the sentiments here. I got my WH today and I am VERY impressed. This mod is a fantastic value in the sense that it only costs 70 dollars with absolutely no compromise in quality as compared to my Simplicity mods, and it hits just as hard. The machining is absolutely flawless, threading is perfect.

Seriously - it's a home run. Well done Super-T.
