Regret having to request this through the ECF, but is there someone from V4L watching that could investigate an order for me?

Trying to get an order re-shipped, original order was placed 4/21/2011. Now on my second support ticket. This is my first order with V4L and I am just not comfortable that things are moving along as promised.

I would be happy to send the responder a PM with the ticket numbers.

Thanks .... but I did call the number on Monday. Rep I spoke with promised to re-ship the order and send a new tracking number by email. Never received that email, so I opened a new ticket yesterday. Still waiting for satisfaction.

Can you PM me and let me know who you spoke with and provide me the original order? I can get the tracking number for you.
