I fill from the top while covering the air hole and screwing back the top while upside has worked for me with fantastic results. No leaks and no wicking issues.

does the extra o ring kit have ALL the o rings? i still cant believe how they got that o ring in the top cap #5c.

Have you used pluid or other such juices in there? I found that after 2 tanks of pluid the top cap o-ring had swollen to the point of not fitting anymore..
I don't have a big supply of o-rings, so I choose what juices I use in it a bit more carefully now.

i think filling from the fill hole is the best way for no leaks. but when i used to fill from the top, i used a small strip of tape to cover all three holes to make it easier to fill.

then i found these! they work too and are way cheap. i ordered like 5

oh yeah thats why i use the metal and not the poly tank... shoots.
that top cap also gets a lot heated up at .6 Ohms

Has anyone ever filed a dispute with PayPal against SvoeMesto? I was reading the TOS from PayPal and I believe I have 45 days to file a dispute if I have not received an item or the correct item from a PayPal sale.

I made my original purchase May 18 and since I have ordered it is supposedly sitting at Russian Post with no movement for 29 days.

I am aware of the problems at RP and I understand I am not the only one having problems with them. But at what point do I take action to try and protect my investment?

I believe others who ordered on the same batch as I did ,some of them received theirs and some are still waiting.

PayPal policy says I have 45 days to file a dispute and it seems that I have about 15 days left to do so.

Anyone have a similar experience or suggestion on this?

I'd wait I had 1 come in less then 3 weeks another took over 1 month it will come they also have signature tracking you have to sign for it so i'm sure it's insured as well. You should be covered regardless, they are worth the wait!

I'd just keep trying to be patient, especially since it's ecig related, you don't want to jeopardize your account. And now you know to order from a different vendor like InTaste or Vape Rev if you ever get another good luck!

Like everyone else said, be patient. Russian post is notoriously unpredictable, some get their stuff in 12 days others in 60. Hang in there.

Back on track - 5 days on the same coil vaping BB... Hot damn. She's been leaking a wee bit recently because of this bizarre heat/cold/humid/dry/weather/... going on in the northeast but nothing that's not worth dealing with. God she hits me so good.
