just saw benjamins tutorial and im up and running.. 30gauge, 1mm ekowool 3/4 wraps @ .95ohms.. wow
Best vape I've yet experienced. Kayfun 3.1 ES Epsilon finish in 10ml mode on Precise ELA in 18650 mode. The
Kayfun is setup with a 8 wrap microcoil of 28 gauge nichrome on dual strands of XC-132 and meters at 1.15 ohms. It is wicking 100% VG Boba's like a champ with no dry or burnt hits. Taste drops off at the very end of the tank from coils gunking up but I can't complain. I'll probably put a little less juice in it at next fill.
same thing here... the KF 3.1 i got from VRev came with a couple extra o rings for that... they fit right in with ease... don't know the spec #
would love to see some photos of your micro coil setup.. guessing its basically just 8 wraps very close together.

Hi ukeman. I was actually going to mention in my post that I'll take pics of my coil if anyone was interested but I just filled her up with 10ml and it'll be a while before she's empty. I''ll try to remember to take some pics before I fill again.
You are right that micro coils are wraps very close together; mine are actually touching and light up like the sun when dry fired. To get the coils to stay touching I had to squeeze them together with needle nosed pliers and torch them. I had to do this a couple of times for each side of the coil.

Most people are using at least ten wraps and higher ohms but I wanted to be around 1.1 ohms thus the 8 wrap setup. They work like much lower resistance coils and are easier on batteries.
Once the juice goes below the clear window, is it time to refill? When I tilt it, the juice is still there, but as soon as it has dropped below the window, there is a slight gurgle and the vapor production has decreased. Is it normal?
I take my kayfuns down until the juice is gone I haven't noticed much of a difference once it gets lower.I do think juice seems to go faster when any of my different tank systems get low or is that are mind messing with us

Mine was in the mail today, ordered it Monday from Vape Rev. Wow, I followed Hippieben's (sorry if I misspelled your name) video on setting it up and top filling. Using his top fill method I only got a tiny spot of juice in the collector cup. Man is this thing impressive, I used tripled 2mm ekowool and 32g Kanthal. I went a little over board on the wraps and it ended up at 3.2 ohm. This thing is a vape machine, the instructions weren't boasting when they said you should drop the nic level of your juice. This thing vapes so many magnitudes better than any other device I have used. Man you have to be sure of your juice flavor, the flavor is so intense I have a couple of juices that tasted great in cartos and my killer that are way too overpowering in the Kayfun. It's so nice to get a product that meets or exceeds the hype.

Here is something I have noticed.
After filling it with juice, the fill hole is filled with juice, too. It does not leak out, but I have cleaned it dry with a piece of a paper towel and a few seconds later, it is filled with juice again. It seems as if it is leaking, but as I have already mentioned, it does not leak out of the hole. At least, not yet.
Is that normal?

I've got HHV Heavenly Army in mine right now (best Tobacco flavor I have had to date) the draw is so damn smooth, If I close my eyes, I could almost believe I was smoking a very smooth and light cigar.
Thanks for the tip Dan. I do enjoy a good cigar and I'll have to give this one a try. Very interesting and surprising; I wouldn't have thought a tobacco juice would vape cleanly enough to go through 15ml before fouling a coil.
