First of all let me greet you all!
I am a hungarian vaper for more than a 2 and a half year now, and I was just wondering that somebody can tell me what are the exact regulations in Sweden for the usage, the selling and the owning of ecigarettes.

as i get it (don't quote me on this) but you can sell ecig hardware and no-nic juice, you can for private use import nic juice but not to resell.
there is a couple of online stores selling vape stuff in sweden, lightyourfire.se elcigg.se and a couple of more, have not ordered from any swedish stores at all

The PV isn't regulated at all and not the usage of it either. The problem is the nicotine as it is regulated as a pharmaceutical substance and you would have a permit to sell it. Then you also would need to have a the product tested by regulated norms. Because of that there isn't any liquid with nicotine here in Sweden for sale but there is no problem to order for your self from abroad. I had several parcels stuck in customs without any problem.

We own a Hungarian webshop, and we received through other jobs some sweden friends, from good fortune or some pure coincidence , we recieved a request from Hungarian people, who find vaping an interesting an prosperable businnes to resell our products via a webshop in Sweden, we are from here not fully aware of the local regulations of this product. Of course the batteries , atomizers ..etc will not be a problem , due they are "just" electronical product, we know the only item can cause problem is the liquid, especially the liquid that contain nicotine. The nicotine itself is a very special material due to the wide range of usage. ( Such as caffeine , kapsaicine, tein.. etc. ) It is a food, a drug, and addictive chem, a pesticide? Even for an expert it is quite hard to decide. But in Europe, and in the limits of the EU there are 3 countries where the selling, using the PV's ( with nicotine fluid) are regulated and legal under some circumstances, and autorizations that we and our liquid manufacturer is also meet the requirement to fulfill theese regulations. ( Theese countries are the following - United Kingdom, Italy and Germany ) .We also hope that the WHO, and the European Comittee will stand upt acceptable standards to sell and use the ecigarette. Until then we try to fulfill the srtictest regulatons as well. If a parcel do not stuck it is very normal , due that if it comes from within the EU there are no vat or customs inspection, and if the parcel comes from outside the EU for an enduser it will not be a problem. But is you want to make a businnes it is a bit more complicated.

The electronic cigarette and vaping is fairly uncommon here in Sweden and I have not heard anything of the PV being regulated as in those other countries. I don't think it have been spotted yet by our gov.
There is a couple of Swedish webshop but you never see any advertisement for them. Are you going to sell liquid as well or just hardware, maybe the NGP?
As a solution on the nicotine is that the liquid is ordered through the webshop from abroad so the package with liquid is sent from another country.

I would like to see all swedish suppliers, does anyone here have a good list? Thought, it seems like many shops sell goods that is not that great. Atleast not even close to "EFC standards".

I ordered from lightyourfire two different times few months ago, both times was with very fast delivery and with good service. Have also used nordicecosmoke.com some year ago when I bought my first e-cigarette.

One week ago I bought the new eCab from e-cigaretter.nu and got it also fast, neat looking website but they only offer payment with Klarna today.

Also, best site to order e-juice with nicotine in Sweden? Totally Wicked in UK have good stuff, but the shipping cost like 10 euros..

Well i order from elcigg.se and they are fast 1day delivery up to north Sweden and that is pretty damn nice for me
And they have ejuice with 6,11,16,24mg maybe 36 im not sure but just email them they are fast to reply
i havent tried any other suppliers yet since ive only used this e-cigg for like 3weeks now but im sure gonna try some other sooner or later

Har för tillfället ett stort startpaket från skycig, samt en spinner med kanger t3, funkar fint! Har rökt 2cigg per dag sen jag fick grejerna, och idag så slutar jag helt med analoga

Tar även gärna emot tips på bra shoppar för e-liquid (med nic) har hittils bara använt lyf, men blir lite dyrt i längden. Är småsugen på prova dekang's som jag hört både positivt och negativt om, nån som testat dom?

Fuzion vapor, Mt baker vapor och good life vapor är de jag använder mig mest av. Dekang har jag inte testat nämnvärt. Senaste ordrarna har gått från EmpireMods, sjukt snabb frakt från USA, beställde en fredag och fick grejerna onsdagen efter. Ego prylar tycker jag går utmärkt att beställa från chinabuye. Nu har jag dock gått över till dripping rba's, är nybörjare så jag har ingen lust att lägga ut upp emot 100 usd på en atty så jag har köpt ett par igo-l som jag är sjukt nöjd med, ca 130kr st från edamp.dk.
