Yeah, my new Grip arrived!!!!

Now to just work out which juice I would like to christen it with......hmmmm - too many choices of great juice from both Brad and Copper Creek. I have pretty much stopped buying locally, and only use local when I am having a juice crisis.....LOL

It's been a while so, I'm checking in ... been SUPER busy trying to get a whole bunch completed. On top of making some shop improvements (better organized, some new tools to hopefully increase productivity) I set up a dedicated finish and buffing room to ease the clutter. I promise lots of good pics throughout this coming week and much more to follow

Oh restock batteries for march, I need 2 AW IMR 14650 an and an AW IMR 14350

AW doesn't make these sizes...

I'm waiting for the 18350's to be restocked by the manufacturer to reorder batteries. He said the end of the month last I talked to him.

Well, if your using an IMR battery (which is what I'd recommend), they will not vent with flames or violently. At most they will leak... If there were any flame it would only be the result of the high current/temperature melting the wrapper but wouldn't be something that would knock your teeth out.

If a Li-ion were to violently vent, my guess would be the gasses would escape through the operating panel side (being the weakest point & place for oxygen to enter).

Now I'm curious and in the near future will try to do a bit of R&D and purposely cause a battery to vent in a mod
