Decent prices on the leather sleeves!

I bet if you asked, they will have what you want in a few days. They sort of make them on demand. And I loved their first leather sleeve I received from them, I ordered 3 more. I like them so much better than most others since they don't have a bottom. But the leather still keeps the bottom from getting rubbed anyway. Easier to get on and off too without a bottom. ;)

Yes, that one is just a regular boro in black. There are identical looking black ones that are called "a-tanks" which are used to run Aspire coils in a bridge. You can tell the difference because the a-tank has a larger bottom hole.

As far as I know the a-tank only comes in black, but regular boros can be a few colors, including black.
Lord help me lol. As long as that one doesn’t go with the a bridge, I’m good, because so far that’s one thing I haven’t ordered

Somebody else can double check me, but see where the red arrow is pointing. That part of the hole would be closer to the edge of the boro if it were an a-tank. That's a pic from your link.

The standard most common ones are white with the red gasket btw. It looks like 3F is sold outta those. Not to rub it in, but I'm glad I grabbed like 10 boros in different colors and a couple a-tanks when I had the chance.

You got the right one.The A tank usually has 2 little metal pieces with it.
I hope I’m less confused once I get it all in hand next week. I know, I know, I should have read the thread from the beginning, but the shiny ordering got the best of me .

hmmm... this one is white, hole placement looks ok? https://www.fasttech.com/product/9640860-sxk-replacement-tank-for-bb-60w-70w-box-mod-kit

FT does have the best price either white or black

What @b.m. said. You got the right one. And yes, for some reason I didn't think of Fasttech even though I've gotten a bunch of BB stuff from them. The white ones are always regular boros for BB compatible RBAs. Also the right one.

Black can be either one, but the a-tank has a larger bottom hole and like b.m. also said, they come with some pieces to accommodate the aspire coils.

HAVE NO FEAR!! :D I know it all seems overwhelming and confusing right now. It's not nearly as much to learn as it at first seems. Seriously.

Should be here a week from tomorrow, along with the 3 bridges. Condensation plugs ordered from skullcandy, so hopefully get here around the same time.
I’ll go ahead and get some of the FT tanks too. It can be a horse race to see which China order gets here first. Also got extra gaskets in the 3F order. Anything else I should get while I’m building a FT cart?

I was kinda spoiled. I got my first Billet Box setup in a trade and it came with a few boros, an a-tank, some rbas and bridges, coils, a JMK brass dt, spare doors and some other stuff I can't remember.

When I first got it I was like: "OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS!!! What even is all this stuff?!?!?!"

It sorts itself out as you play with everything.

While you're over there, I would suggest grabbing a couple spare o-ring sets. Dirt cheap and they come in BLACK and RED. I don't see the glass though.
From 3F... 3 sets tank cover plate + o rings (glass + silicone)
1 sets o ring seals/gasket(red and black)
2 replacement tanks

No necessities really that I can think of. The other guys may think of something.

The thing is, if you take to it? You're going to be getting doors and buttons and panels and stuff and probably along with more bridges. If you knew that now, it would pay to get that stuff now. If it turns out not to really be your thing, which happens with some folks, it's a waste of money.

If it were me (which it's not obviously), I'd hold off for now. You have plenty to get started with.

That’s how you get sucked in lol. Traded like that to get my first dotaio. Sort of spoils you when it comes already sorted out. Since I waited so long to give in, I feel a little pressured to get backup stuff now, between deeming down the road and mail/shipping issues with this virus mess. I’ve been stuck home for a month or so... looking forward to actually having time to fiddle and figure it out. And a new toy to enjoy!

I’ll just leave the FT cart hanging for a bit then. Seems I can always find something to add or subtract until I finally order.
