I must be missing something then as the SXK is the only version of the Bantam Box out there. ;)
Crossed wires I think...have you got a Bantam and are the threads different or are you assuming the threads are different because your SXK BB has different threads?

Sorry I don't have a Bantam Box or an SXK Billet Box.

I was just quoting what I read in the Bantam Box thread on Fasttech about Hybrid and Flush keys designed for the Authentic Billet Box not working.

Ah, OK... It's strange that sxk have used a different thread after correcting it in the BB clone.... I'll have a look at the forum.

@danielpm sorry if I misinformed you. Have a look at the fasttech forum and also you can ask SXK directly via their facebook page. Good luck.

There is definitely some confusion surrounding this :)

Just to confuse things further it seems that some OG BB's were not compatible and some were. Bill has never found out which and why though....could be the 2016 version wasn't and the 2018 was...I don't know.

Just received the new five pack glasses for the boxxer. I had to brake mine to get it out. Turns out all five is to wide for the slots. I eventually narrowed one glass and it fits fine now.
Also found that the tank leaks at the seam (Big Surprise :D). I stuck some PTFE tape on the seam and loaded it up....very good vape. Nice smooth air flow and very good flavor...better than all the bridges I have.
The leaking thingy is constantly on my mind though.
There is a fiix for the leaking you need to take a bit of plumbers tape and put it across the seam in the back and about halfway down each side. Mark from Nature vape did a youtube video on it. They are supposed to workong on a fix

Useful post thanks mrfixit :) This is why i didn't get the boxxer tank. The boro and the a tank work well and if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Yeah I did that (think I mentioned it). It don't work. That juice still seeps out. Because that boxxer vapes so well, the leaking makes its even more frustrating.

Threw a build in the Insider last night for S&G, after that tank is empty the EUC will be going back in.

I'm getting a little excited now.My Sxk is supposed to be here Monday.I've had the box of Euc coils and sleeve, spare glass, brass button, and vape shell all just sitting here for several days, with no way to use them haha,so now i can't wait for the mod to get here so i can try this stuff out. When the mod package gets here,i'll also have the EC-M coils to try out,as well as the A-tank,and some flat wire to try in the vape shell.I also have a 3d printed storage box coming that holds a spare tank so it doesn't get broken,as well as some condensation plugs.
I went in deep,so i better like this mod haha.

You'll love it...if not can I have first shout on your kit :D

I've got my third one coming and tbh I can't get away from the vapeshell because it's such a good flavour. I have the insider, MF bridge, A-tank, exocet and they are still waiting for testing as I love the vapeshell so much...i'm going to bite the bullet soon and get some other bridges going in my other BB's so at least I can try them...i'm a bit scared that the vapeshell is the pinnacle :)

I wonder how long before you put a second on your wishlist

I haven't built mine yet. So what gives...full report please? :) Oh and what does S&G mean?
Sh its and Giggles... (Built just for amusement and something to do) ;)

The Insider will take a decent sized coil, I have a 2.5mm ID 28ga/36ga fused clapton (AVS SS316L) in there wicked with Rayon. The juice channels are shallow and small so you have to be sparing with the tails, takes a bit of fiddling. There is a large air slot, it has a decent amount of airflow and does provide good flavor.

My tails might need to be thinned out a little more and that brings us back to the drain the tank, take it all out, pop out the RBA, mess with the build and then put it all back together again.

Way, way too much effort for a vape that doesn't come anywhere close to the quality and ultra convenience of the EUC or EC-Mesh coils. Then after a week, it all has to be done again for a dry burn and rewick, make sure you wick it perfectly before you fill the tank or repeat the previous procedure again.

I am too spoiled by running Steam Crave Plus RTAs, I can dryburn and rewick them in less than 5 minutes. ;)
I can't imagine maintaining multiple BBs with RBAs.

Thanks that's useful.....i'm quite glad i decided to get another vapeshell and unless it's something to do with your wick, as you say, the flavour is better in the ceramic euc's. Well I think that's what you're saying.

The hassle in rewicking/rebuilding the RBA's is probably why I haven't put another build in my other BB yet. Don't get me wrong i've rebuilt my vapeshell but it lasts me a good deal longer than a week before the flavour goes awol :) Long story short it is a bit of a PITA.

The BB is still one of the best vapes i've had but then i was never into RTA's just RDA's so maybe I should try a Kayfun or something....goes against the grain a bit though :)

I haven't tried any of the newer Kayfuns, the KFV4 was my last trip down that road.

Today's RTAs include 2 15ml Plus (dual 4mm ID 22ga) and an 8ml Supreme V2 (dual 3.5mm ID 26ga fused).

I always shied away after a bad leaking experience on an old ehpro Revel back in the day and then was vaguely amused when I saw those discussions about wicking exactly right, no more, no less or it leaks like a sieve.....LOL :D

I'm probably ready to give it another go.

By the way, forgot to say in my last post that i've seen advice saying to ignore the juice channels on the insider but can't remember the rest of....it involved the use of a washer to prevent the side wells from turning to far into the chimney. I'll see if I can find it...it was on my BB group on FB i think.
