So either my Bantam box uses a substantial amount of battery when it's off and sitting or the cell is going south.
I'll charge it full, change to another cell and figure it out.

I've read about people having that issue with SXK 70w BB's, I assume they're not going into sleep mode while not being used...

Let us know how you go with it...

I notice Pro-vape are advertising that their SXK coil bridge now works with EUC MTL Drizzle coils:
SXK EUC Coil Adapter
  • Compatible with SXK Bantam Box coils
  • Compatible with Vaporesso EUC MTL coils

Someone mentioned before the lower pin on the SXK coils was smaller than the Drizzle coils, and the hole in the lower part of the bridge was too small to fit the drizzle coils, I assume these new Pro-Vape bridges now have a larger hole in the bottom? .

Not that I really need more coil options but it's nice to try new things, lol... I've had some Drizzle coils sitting on my FT wish list waiting for a good discount code, I figured I might be able to just drill out the lower hole in the SXK bridge to make them fit.... Or replace the Drizzle pin with one from an SXK coil... Has anyone looked at this before?

I have the cheap bridge from FT sitting at home waiting for my return:

Drizzle coils, 316L so you "should" be able to use them for TC I assume?:

I've noticed that my authentic BB doesn't seem to have any paint issues from the Vapeshell condensation but my gold colored SXK BB clone definitely does. I use exactly the same builds and juices both devices
I haven't seen any paint issues with my four SXK BBs (red, black, and gold). Got any pics?

looks like scratches and it may be but I'm careful though and I feel like the paint had softened. Definitely nothing like this on my authentic. I've mainly used Killer Kustard 3mg/ml in this

This is what I was trying to post about when I posted in the wrong thread. Is it not anodized?

Supposedly SXK did make a change to their adapter to allow use of the Drizzle coils according to a person I know who was sent the upgraded version. I haven't tried it myself however and I don't know if the version at FT is the new or older one.

I suspect that you have the old one however since the person I mentioned just tested the new one out only days ago.

That looks like you've been levering the boro out? I have no trouble with any of my BB's OG or not either...except the one I dropped from about a metre and a half off the ground. Even then it only suffered some tiny chips in the paint work on the corner....i was quite impressed at how resilient it was :)

No no prying of the boro. The only tool that's been near that has been a cotton bud. I know it looks like scratches from something hard/metallic but I don't see how. I'm not really worried and it isn't getting noticeably worse

Do you know I think repeated use of the cotton bud could do it. Pigs does it correspond with the places you insert the bud?

I'm confident mine would be the older one since I ordered it when they first appeared on FT... Either way it sounds like it wont need much modification to fit the drizzle coils...

Since it's more out of interest than necessity I think I'll wait till FT have a 20% off sale or the likes before I order some Drizzle coils to play with, then if it doesn't work out I'm not wasting much money...

I'm not sure if it's anodized

I don't know if it's anodized but if it is there could be a flaw in the sealing step. Just speculating

@charlie1465 I went with the clear ones on FT, and may get creative with them a bit, will have to see once they arrive.
Thanks!
I've got some clear ones too. Perfect for that innards exposed look. Im gradually building up a large collection of different panels so I can have different looks on all my billets....

I need to slow down.... Jeez accessorising is seriously addictive

Post some pics of your new look. I would love to see :)

Well first of all the Bantam actually can be turned off, second the problem was me. Neither the cell that I removed nor the cell that I put into the mod lost any voltage in 27 hours.
