That friction fit center pin is so odd, I got it out, drilled / filed out the airflow a bit, then hammered it back into place. Now, the insulator at the bottom sticks out too far, I need to get it back around the center pin, but it doesn't want to cooperate.

Not sure why the 510 Insulator is sticking out? How far is it?

You did remember to put the Deck Insulator back in before the Hammered things together, Right?

I got my black Wine tank in three days ago from FT. So far I'm really enjoying this tank. It came very clean, no oil feel or smell. I took it apart to wash before using and it all came apart very easily. The glass came off with a simple twist, didn't have the stuck on issues that others had earlier. The quality of the tank seems very nice, especially for the price. I put a simple NI200 build 0.17ohms, organic cotton, and paired it with my SX Mini M Class. It took about half a tank of fiddling with to dial in the settings, but once I did, it was wonderful. I'm getting really great flavor with this tank, I've been very impressed with it.

I changed out the drip tip, I'm using a delrin DT from a STM. I changed it, although well made, I'm not a fan of metal DT and the diameter was smaller than I prefer as well. I'm somewhere between a MTL and direct lung vaper, so a tad more airflow would have been perfect, but not a real big con for me. The space between the chamber and glass is a little tight for glass droppers, just have to be careful with those. It can be a little fiddly getting the deck threads to grab the chamber, but again just a small niggle.

It's easy to build on, juice channels are good size and it wicks beautifully. It's a simple elegant tank, looks great and have been getting amazing flavor. I've run about 10 tanks through it so far and it has been performing beautifully. For the price, it's a great tank. I'll probably pick up another and stash for the vapocalypse.

I would put an Unmodified Wine RTA about the same as a Goblin that has it's AFC Wide Open.

Just curious. Are you looking for Lots of Air Flow? Or more Restrictive Air Flow?

Because with this Wine RTA, it is Much Easier to Restrict the Air Flow then it is to Increase the Air Flow.

I'd love to know how to restrict it tbh

I just jammed one of these Bamboo Skewers in one of the Side Holes and then trimmed it off with an Exacto Knife. Then I made it Black with a Sharpie Marker.

I tried doing VT's tech of putting a piece of 4mm OD -x- 2mm ID Tubing in the Center Deck Hole.

2 Meters Silicone Vacuum Food Grade Translucent Tube Water Pump Hose Pipe 2-8mm

But I for me, it was a just a tad Too Restrictive. So I went back to the Bamboo Skewer Tech.

Oh just certain batch?

I was reading where the glass broke by trying to loosen the cap or something like that

Some people had Problems getting the Glass of the Tank. I would suspect that the 1st Run of this tank had a Larger O-Ring then on subsequent Runs.

Mine came off with No Problems after rinsing the Tank/Glass out in Warm water.

For the Price of this Tank, sometimes you just gotta Roll the Dice. 13 Bucks isn't Exactly a Major Purchase. At least, I don't think it is.
