I have the same firmware version and it works the way it supposed to. The best solution I can give you is try to downgrade (if it is even possible) to v 1.4 and gradually upgrade it again. It could be a problem from almost failed upgrade and will be there until you do it correctly (fully successful upgrade). Also please consider upgrading from another pc/laptop since another point of failure could be from faulty pc/laptop or a not fully functional USB cable CMIIW
P.S.: I am considering the hardware (pc/laptop/USB cable) issue since you have both device with the same problem. I am assuming that you upgrade both with the same hardware configuration.

How you liking the Zephyrus ? Are you running in TC or normal mode ?
You know I never noticed that glitch of going into the main menu and coming out with the same setting but it is on M1 but just checked it and I have it too.

Shame though as could do with a couple of spares
Loving the Zephyrus, its really airy and solid connection
Tried the build deck and vaped a very nice half a tank then pulled it apart to check the coils
Could see one was working more than the other so tried the pre built kanthal dual coil in the box
Must say its a very nice vape too even as a Ti vet now I liked the kanthal build
Will have another crack at dual Ti in the morning when I can get some quiet time
That's half the problem mate
