He refunded me in 3-5 minutes:)
May be he is not a bad guy?) Anyway I hope other people will get their devices) I'll buy more expensive, but hope will get it faster))

Glad you were able to get your money back. He probably doesnt want to create any waves yet (and thwart other sales) until the buyer protection period (which may not even be relevant) expires.

What gets me, is why yihi permits this in the 1st place. Yes, they "say" the don't, but its one simple email to eBay from them that they are a e-cigarette manufacturer and eBay will ban their products. May take a couple of days for eBay to notice the listing, but they remove it and warn/suspend the seller. At the very least the auction has grounds for removal by copyrighted photos.

So you see, someone went to some dude's dinner party, which wasn't even at a commercial kitchen, and now he's an expert on commercial kitchen practices. ;)

i don’t know whether I should laugh or cry at you!

Not because you don't know whom he is, but because you’d rather try and attack someone then familiarize yourself on a subject that you obviously know nothing about and make yourself look like a fool in the process.

And fyi…. his kitchen is MORE commercial then any restaurant you’ve even been in.

FYI 2, I'll let you on to another secret….one of the best inventions of the 20th century….

Well, I'm definitely laughing at your use of the term "MORE commercial" as an argument, considering that restaurants by DEFINITION (I can use caps too!) are a commercial enterprise. Anyway, enough of Dannyben's nonsense, we should really be talking about vaping here, unless he wants to explain how his vast experience in commercial kitchen practices from attending dinner parties is somehow relevant. ;)

The topic came up in reference to posts regarding the best heating material for foods — which is what we are doing with e-liquids and quite relevant to vaping and the various builds we can use on the M class!

You’re the one who turned it into a personal attack and steered it off topic.

My point..... Let's say (which has been reported they are trying to) yihi comes up with a way to somehow allow just as accurate temperature control using Kathal as nickel. How many will choose a nickel build over kanthal?

Sellers do things all the times that manufacturer's don't permit, which is because monitoring and enforcement are not always easy to do. Monitoring requires resources that aren't always practical for a manufacturer to provide. For example, it may not make sense for Yihi to pay someone with sufficient English expertise to run around monitoring the various commercial forums (e.g., eBay, ECF, reddit) where the grey market can thrive. Instead, it may be more sound for it to rely on official resellers and consumers in those particular markets to notify it of sellers that violate its policies and then take action. One way that grey market resellers get busted, for instance, is by consumers telling official resellers of a cheap grey market offer in hopes of getting a better deal from a legit reseller. Also, enforcement can also be difficult, depending on the policies of the particular forum at issue. eBay is probably a lot easier to get the desired enforcement action from then Reddit.

I can see your point there. A company like Yihi who sells thousands of these devices a week at profits of most probably $50+ (underestimating) each, might not be able to afford the $5 a day (overestimating) salary it would require to pay an employee to monitor and control the market and insure their MAP pricing, product exclusivity and brand protection.

Another brilliant post taken completely out of context. Was it me who posted the ebay link? Forwarded it to yihi?

You're right. let's instead promote fake listings that in the event you're lucky enough to even receive, will get absolutely zero service or warranty from yihi in the event of finish peeling off or a bad board.

"Banned wherever we can"? No. Banned on a single site that the manufacturer doesn't permit and voids your warranty. Or you prefer to protect the knowingly fraudulent seller rather then the unsuspecting buyer?

Me too. I still do. I just look at the humor in things. :)
These look nice but I don't know if I would buy one. Don't really like chrome except on a bike.
My Black Mini is uglier by the day, but I still enjoy the crap out of it.

I'm diggin' it. Just wish I knew for sure on that yellow/orange. Some pics it looks orange (which I really like), and others it looks yellow. I will be grabbing one though once they are out and reviewed a little more. For the price, I think it is just what I have been looking for.

I kind of like the racing stripe look. Reminds me of the 70's when all the cool kids had them on their car. :)

Kinda reminds me of my 2010 Mustang I traded a few months ago. It was blue, and I put flat black racing stripes on it that looked similar. It even reminds me of the hood of the car. Maybe that is why I am drawn to it...
