Okay, I'm totally lost. Just received me SX Mini to day and verified v2.2, but it only goes to 60w. I thought the update took it to 75?

Second is trying to wade through 347 pages to get an idea of Using NI200 in a dual coil build. I'll get exotic with Ti, etc. later.(Baby Steps)

Warning, when checking Max Wattage - DO NOT FORGET to reset before Taking a draw off your 30w tank Killed those wicks instantly. Luckily the tank is all but empty.
Yea, TC might be a good Idea for senile old folks.

There is a test firmware v2.23 that takes it to 75w.

Download the latest SXI software. PBusardo has a video how to on how to install the driver, and update the software.

Quick Question...Which batteries are you guys finding works the longest in the mini? My 25r's crapped out at 16k joules at 38joules on a .65 build. I got some VTC5's in their now. Anybody had good luck with the LG HG2 or 30Q from Samsung? Wondering if the LG or Samsung is gonna be able to vape at 50j or higher

Sorry for all the trouble. I'm on a regiment of meds for an injury, minimal use of my right arm/hand, and the Meds have me a bit Stupid atm.

I'll get the TI ordered, VTC5's should be in tomorrow and hopefully I can start some building and comparisons.

Only took me 5hrs and 2 breaks to recoil a dripper today.

I use the LG HE4 in my Mini and pull about 23~24kJ. The HG2s are supposed to be better. I think @dannyben vapes at higher Joules and he likes the HG2s.

What atty are you wanting to build on? Dual NI200 coils are not the easiest to build using TC. They need to be built the same and there are lots to learn to TC to get it just right. To start out I would suggest a single NI200 coil unless you are willing to take a walk on the wild side. I will be taking that walk myself tonight but have been using single coils on the SXM with Delta II, Kangertech Mini, and my favorite so far the Lemo 2 since I received my SXM back in early April.

Tonight I will give a dual Ti a try with my Zephryus and maybe with my Mutation X v4. My favorite single coil so far has been with a twisted 26ga NI200 with 30ga Kanthal A1, 3mm with 6/7 spaced wraps producing right around .07 ohms depending on the atty. The twisted wire makes for a solid wire and produces great flavor and clouds. 26ga NI200 alone is my second favorite with the same build and ohms. 28ga will work good too but you might start with a 3mm 5-6 wrap coil.

The SXM is a great mod and since it allows resistance as low as .05 you will find lots of options available to you in your coil building. Yihi says that .065 is their so called sweet spot and that is what I shoot for but others have built to around .15 and enjoying it. You can to higher, but I would suggest you don't go higher than .2 for good results. JMHO

well ill be darned. I love the form factor of the vapor flask. it is like a Porsche body. I do not much care "personally" for dna40. love 350j. I certainly hope this hits the market. well, it looks like the 350j is finally showing up in a myriad of mods. thankful for that. sx mini is fine however.

tc good for old folks? really? I might be the only 94 year old that even can work one of these. I know many older folks and most of them are incapable of grasping this technology. I got many of them blu. I am unable to build due to Parkinson's but somehow my mind is still half there.

if you guys wonder where I was the last four months in the hospital. I am alright. in 2015 they did not have wifi on my floor. not to mention you can't vape in there lol. I missed posting here. you know I think we should be able to vape lots of places but maybe not a hospital. man was I jonesing for it.

I am not really sure I will get the dna200. the 350j does what I need it to do. I wasted way too much money on this hobby already. I had to throw out a bunch of vape gear because no sooner do I get home the township cites us for hoarding. this is all I need. I am very satisfied with the vape. to give you an idea once my wife screamed we have a fire lol. I am interested in ti but do you guys really think it is safe? I know there is info but I am asking if you guys are okay with it.

So my SXM shipped today and I had already ordered some more Samsung 25Rs because that is what I have been using in my VF. Will these suffice? I have never used joules before but I usually vape 420-450 at about 20-25 watts ballpark on the flask.

Welcome back and glad to hear you are ok now. I will be building my first dual coil Ti tonight and I used to fear Ti but with TC I think it will be safe since you are limiting the temperature to the coils.
