Alicante Spain ! However i have just recieved an email off the local postal service notifying me that they have a package for me so hopefully that will be the SX Mini ? No reference or tracking number though ! So fingers crossed

I ordered mine also at, Egovap on 29-12 they send it 30-12, it arrived on 03-01-2015, but I do live in the Netherlands, I also replied to there customer-service and they replied back in a few hours, not much of help for you both..unfortunately..I must say that following the, tracking with La Poste was quite inconvenient due the, shortage of information.

You can also check the FW version by holding down the fire button while inserting the battery. Be advised, though, after it boots up the up and down buttons will be disabled until the next time you pull the battery.

My Sxmini came with the 1.3 version, if I am understand you correctly, you don,t have the use the link mode to upgrade.

Does somebody know,s how much the, powerful-mode will ramp up the wattage,s using it mainly at 17 watts now with a 1.8ohm Aspire BVC coil, this is "limited" to 20 watts.

I've seen her say I she was firing 9.5 volts. I'm confused. Do I still need to do the upgrade? What exactly is the update supposed to do again?

I apologize for my fragile little mind lol... I am honestly confused though.

Not sure which batch mine is, but I bought I from varitube in gray with no logo and it fires yup to 9.5V indicated. Am I missing something and need to update, or am I good to go?

No .. good info, thanks. I thought that the logo'd version corresponded to the firmware upgrade being done pre-sale based on the all the feedback given to date.

Oh no, you're good. One guy couldn't get his to fire above 7.5v out of the box, I was just being paranoid, lol

Ouch....Ive dropped mine from the bed to the wood floor (I fall asleep with it in my hand LOL) and that kills me, I would have a heart attack if it fell from my car roof to the asphalt.

It would be completely unrealistic of me to think that the finish on these mods will remain intact considering how much use they get. My biggest requirement is that they can take a bump every now and then and still kick out vapor when I need them to. So far so good on that front.

And hey, I figure I'm always just 3 torx screws and 1 can of all-purpose enamel / spray paint away from having the most unique looking mini in the universe.
