On a side note...I keep going to sleep with my Mini in my hand (dont laugh) and ive dropped it onto wood floor probably 5 times now *cringe* so I have a nice chip of powdercoat on the sleeve, and its pushed my sleeve out of aligment a little so I have to loosen up the torx screws and fix that.

Nah, it's not just you. I am completely ok with it though (in design anyway). The old phrase "keep-it-simple-stupid" comes to mind
My only gripe is the solder connection. I would have been fine with it if they'd just doubled the length of wire soldered, basically to match the length of solder seen, thus giving it both better conductivity, stability, and durability by increasing the surface area of the interface.

I guess a good way to pass a judgement on the construction is to compare it with that of another device within the same price range.

I am so thankful for the large area rug over the wood flooring in the living room. It was a constant occurrence falling sleep and getting up not remembering my phone or devices or whatever was on my lap... Or if it was in my hand still, just going over the side when I initially go to sleepy land.
Luckily I haven't dropped the SX yet (knock on wood), and I'm also more aware of where I place my current vape setup at night. Sometimes though sleep just hits you when you're not looking, that's when I do the 'move left slide hand, move right slide hand' check when I wake up, lol

LOL, it's not the prettiest thing, but it sure is functional. I took out the Silverplay tank and glass section, and slid over it a Big Fogger glass tank and used some O-rings to make the seal. It increased the juice capacity to 7ml while retaining the same air flow and height of the Silverplay.
Nice, a Goblin! They are hard to find. How do you like your Goblin compared to Silverplay? Which do you like better as far as the performance goes? And I have to ask this to gauge your build and vape style you used to judge their performances, what wattages do you usually vape at? I had a chance to play around with a friend's Goblin, but I couldn't quite tell what it could do at high wattages. He had it set up for mouth-to-lung at 20w/1.5ohms. I am a big lung-to-lunger, and as far as 50+watt vaping on RTAs go, Silverplay can't be beat. It wicks so miraculously, and flavor is spot on.

The build quality is as good as I expected. Proper gauge wiring.. Board is mounted nice and solid.. No goop all over the board.. An overall good, clean, build. 
The 510 is adequate for a connector which isn't supposed to be messed with. I did have a cracked gasket on my 1st SXmini. Since using the RMA replacement for around a week now, and being mindful of any excessive pressure while screwing attys down, the connector gasket still looks like new. However, I would like to see a total redesign of the 510 connector in future revisions. That, and some slight QC tweaks would make the device damn near perfect IMO.The star of the show remains the SX350 mini it's self.. INCREDIBLY accurate, consistent board here. The power modes are fantastic for bringing different flavor notes to the party while using the same juice. I find myself totally satisfied with the vape quality of the SXmini, and can't imagine not having one within arm's reach anytime soon. (At least until YiHi unveils their next creation

Sure sure, if at the end of the day it works, that is what matters. However, their "high end" claims keep nagging at my mind, and the construction of this 510 pin does not live up to that. If they talk the talk, I expect them to walk the walk as well.
You would know more about the soldering of the connections, so I appreciate and respect your thoughts on that aspect of the device. And I also appreciate that you enjoy my reviews, so I will do my best to do the sexy beast justice.
Does have anyone have any latest detail on SXmini dual battery mode attachment? Release date, price, design, etc.?
I remember reading somewhere that they might come out with couple of different designs for this add-on, one with extension tube and another with attachment that matches the contour of the Sxmini body. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
