After drinking nearly two bottles of water he started to feel much better. Still a slight shakiness to his hands but nowhere near as bad as earlier. By the time he went to lay down (he works midnights), he was 90% better. Hopefully, he'll remember to lay off the Diet Pepsi at work tonight and drink more water.
Question - for myself, would it be ok to use one of those "singles to go" packs they sell for bottled water now? I have some Wyler's Raspberry and wondered if there's any ingredients in those that might make dehydration worse? I know it's being put into water, but there's water in Diet Pepsi too, and we see where that got my husband
Just want to make sure I'm not causing myself more harm than good using those packets - hope not, because I really don't care for plain ol' H2O
