Aha
The one I am having trouble with a replaced the O ring is a B, and the bag of Orings I bought says "#12 by 1"
that is why it was so tight. Can I just roll with it like this craig or do I need to buy some 11's?
Leave it to fasttech to make things this difficult. I will never remember what all these o rings go to. Just bought some for the center pin on the MVP

From what I gather the FT type "A" sleeve o-ring fits best with 12 x1 mm and the FT type "B" sleeve fits best with 11 x 1 mm o-ring.
I've been using 12's on the B's and they can start out pretty tight. I have some 11 x 1 mm o-rings on the way.
I've had the sleeve pretty well stuck on there pretty good before and the way I get a hold on it is to put an Allen key through the wick slots and install the chamber cap.
Care must be taken as the coil posts are sometimes in the way of turning the sleeve with the Allen key in place but it can be worked loose without pliers.
I buy my o-rings, 50 to 100 usually, from Orings and More. O-rings
"Metric 70 O-rings" is the sub-category from where I choose the size.
I must add that I've not had the need as yet to replace any of the other o-rings on a TGT other than the one under the sleeve (but I have them)
