Taking along spare coils...

I've taken my kayfuns camping (in a popup) and just carried a cotton ball and maybe a some tweezers. I don't worry about the coils, I've never actually had one "go out" I've always changed them just because I wanted to. As long as you have a place to sit and some good light, it's not hard to rewick a kayfun on the road. I did it at a restaurant the other night LOL (I was showing a friend how rewick hers)

If you're talking about protank/evod heads... just have a couple spares rebuilt and ready to pop in when the need arises.

edit.. yea.. I keep that little micro screwdriver in my purse at all times.
