Hi everyone! Welcome to the 'show 'n tell talent show' thread! I've noticed all over the board, people mentioning talents they have, things they like to make or do (from gardening to motorcycles to cooking, etc.) Some are collectors... let's see those amazing collections! Some are artists/craftspeople/photographers... let us see your stuff! Are you an amazing decorator? Show us! Sing or play an instrument? Upload a video for us! Talent runs in so many directions and we want to see yours. :)

One major rule ... NOTHING is for sale. This is strictly show and tell for fun... not profit. (No linking to any work you have for sale, etc etc etc.)

One of the things I really enjoy is gardening, so here's a few pics from my garden. :D

Oregano, Jupiters beard, Red Blaze and Aloha roses

Daisies and Jupiters beard

Kennelsworth Ivy and Pansies

I'm a wallcovering installer so the best place to see my work would be my website gallery, but I don't think it's allowed to post that link here. PM and I'll give you the address.

I also crochet and I'll try and take some pics tomorrow.

I also am very handy with power tools. Here's a picture of the hearth I built for our wood stove. Look closely and you'll see the outlet plates I created out of the brick (veneer) to match. I tend to be OCD with the details.

PM it to me Wallelf!
My mom crocheted and made a HUGE bedspread when she was on complete bedrest during a pregnancy. It's amazing. She tried to teach me how and well... I can do an unending chain stitch that could circle the world. I have no idea how to connect it to anything.

Your attachment didn't work for me. :(

Someday I'll get past my embarrassment and show you the man I made so you can have a good giggle.

I don't think there's any way I could pick a favorite of your work. It's all wonderful.

Inspired by Irish Celtic legends....the Morrigan....able to assume human form or that of the raven....until a time came when she could no longer change.....yes...she has talons for fingernails and toenails....and feathers go up her unseen legs...missing from the photo
is her spear which was tipped with an obsidian arrowhead
