I have been an avid dripper for over 3 years. I had been looking at different tanks and wondered how well they work as to air-flow? I'm not wanting the type that you have to work on with wires and wicks....not that mechanical and don't want the hassle. May not want one at all as to the air-flow question. Don't want to cut down on the hit of the e-juice. If the convenience is there without the air-flow issues, it sounds desirable. Please let me know your experience with them?

Since you've been an avid dripper for a long time and perhaps wouldn't like the 'carto' taste. I would suggest the AMP tank since you can use it with 510 atomizers. Since you don't want to deal with air-flow issues, perhaps run it in manual feed mode only. I use it from time to time especially when I travel, although most of my vaping has been using rbas. It always gives me a great vape and haven't experienced any leaking issues either.

I would have to suggest a Killer 705 KILLER 705 in an easy fill tank like the Kir Fanis Trap tank Trap Tank - Avid Vaper.

Cartos do tend to mute flavors a bit. On a different note Zen claims his new carto tank solves the flavor muting issues even with Bogegate cartos...just don't know if it will be released in a 510 version or not.

There are three "types" of tanks:

clearotanks (clearomizers and clearotanks like vivi novas and their clones) using silica string wicks to bring juice to the heating coil.

cartotanks - using polyfiber to wick juice to the heating coil, and using a tank surrounding the carto to allow larger quantities of juice.

RBA tanks - using either steel mesh, silica, or other wicking materials to bring juice to the heating coil.

I cover the first two in an article that I wrote here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/baditude/3230-1-proper-terminology-carto-tank-what-primer-juice-delivery-attachments.html

I primarily use cartotanks for most of my vaping needs, although I have begun using a couple of RBA tanks. Below are links to a cartotank tutorial and a comprehensive review of a pyrex cartotank that I highly recommend:
