Ok I ordered a Tesla vv/vw tonight. After I saw it I had to own it. No more vamo's for me. I do like the new gun metal LT I got. (but then I got 2 Provari's, and a SB with a kick if I want. Plus the itaste vv's and twist and spinners. This thing looks so good and I wish I could find a decent video of the review. All I've found is the written reviews. Besides it was my Sweeties gift to me for Valintines day. (did I ever mention how much I love that little turd).

I'm liking mine. I got two Vamo's as well... You just can't go wrong with a 50ish doller mod that has variable wattage. Only like 20 bucks more than a vision spinner or ego twist. I thought variable voltage was fun when I finally got a mod with it... but variable wattage is on a whole new level. It really is "set it and forget it". Set that bad boy on 6 or 7 watts, throw on a 1.8ohm atty and vape away, than switch to a 3.0ohm atty and you don't even have to change a thing... Its figures it out for you and gives you the best vape possible no matter what atty you got on it.

Plus it looks super cool, and since its got the slit down the side that shows the battery you can change the look up a bit. I got the black gun metalish one.. so I can throw a red battery in, now its a red and back mod. Then I can throw a blue battery in, and now its a blue and black mod.

I've read a lot of complaints about an APV looking like a dildo, but with the ribs for her pleasure, that one really does!

Yea, when I first got into e-cigs and got my starter eGo kit I laughed at all the lambos and lava tubes they where selling at the shop because they looked like dildos. I told myself if never get one... look at me know, lol.

Now that I think of it, my girlfriend does like to borrow my tesla more than any of my other mods... hummm.

ive had my Tesla for a while now and i do love it. it is actually lighter than my vamo but bigger. at least it feels lighter.
it fits in my "meat hook" hands really nice. The only thing i have an issue with is the draw. when i put on my carto tank the draw is way too tight for me and carto tanks are my go to vape.

I didn't have this problem with my A7 RBA or my vivi novas....just the boge cartos.

I watched Phil do a real brief review. Didn't see any specs just opinions on looks and build. Everything he didn't like is what drew me to it. And btw I always go to PBUSARDO for his knowledge and opinions. I have the most respect for him. Wish he would have run some data test on it.

Oh, don't misunderstand... I like Phil too! But just thought you were looking for a bunch of vids lol... When I watch Phil's vids I always feel like I'm back in college listening to a professor (granted "the cool one", but still lol). Absolutely nothing wrong with that at all, knowledge is power. But my go to guy is Nick (Grimm). His vids just always make me fell like I'm hanging out with one of my buddies checking out a cool new toy! Nothing wrong with either approach, just different strokes for different folks! Lol

Well it showed up yesterday. Not a lot of time using it so far. (just 1 day), But I really think my Vamo is going back in the drawer for a backup at this point. I'll agree that the menu buttons are in the wrong place but I really do liike the screen setup. I'll figure it out in a few days when I'm off work and have a chance to do some chain vaping with it. So far so good. Glad I got it. The menu has to be the easiest to use I've ever seen. (if you keep you thumb out of the way).

Well as of now after 2 days I really do like it. I like everything about it. (except for the menu buttons). I've got no problems with the exposed battery part. If you pay attention and treat your batteries like they need there should be no problems. (I hope). The feel is great and I'm starting to like it more and more. I'll post pics when I get the chance. I'll give it a thumbs up for now. In 3-4 months then I'll know. The vamo went south in 3 months. So who knows at this time.................

tnt56,

I listened to the guys that worked on importing the Tesla and it sounded good. They prototyped a few times and tweaked it till they were satisfied. I think that'll prevent a lot of the "v1" issues some devices have. I look forward to reading your reviews as you break it in and get some use on it. I'm doing more with mechanical mods these days but with my addiction I might have to add another APV. :D

BTW, I still get the boxer wants every time I see your avatar. Man I should have never sold my R1200RT. I enjoy the two bikes I have now but I'd add a boxer back in if the wife would let me dial it up to 3 bikes. :) I suppose we might see a water cooled one next year.

Exposed battery scares me.

NEOCELL Puncture Testing - YouTube

Sent from my Nexus 4

Just one question. Who in the real world is stupid enough to drill a hole in their battery? I've used this type of battery for years and have had no problems. If you can't take care of it then read the direction. I don't often carry a drill with me to punch holes in my batteries when I'm using them. (suppose to be funny.)

I will NEVER own a water cooled Beemer. That's a promise.
And yea I like my plain SB with a lr boge carto/tank on it. But then I like a lot of all my devices. Just me. Now if I could find a place to order a new battery for my RT I'd be happy.

So far the Teslar is way above the vamo in my personal opinion. But then I've got a few that are way above the Teslar. I just like the looks and feel of the Teslar. But then I'm different from a lot of others. The Vamo has gone to the last slot in the PV box. LOL.
