There's a storm forming out in the Gulf but their projecting for it to come into Louisiana which would put us on the left side of the storm (the weak side) so we would get a lot less rain from it - if any at all. SecondChance is on west of us so I would imagine he has even less of a chance of seeing rain than we do.

The thing about the city water, I guess I'd go ahead and get it installed, but I have to pay to run the water line to the house and that's about half a mile. Definitely not cheap. I might have to bite the bullet soon though and have it done ...especially if we don't start seeing rain pretty soon.

Maybe the rains will start one of these days.

Oh man TT tell me about it! When we bought the acreage that we are on we were told that city water was here. Well it is not! It stops about 1/4 mile each way from our property. We checked on having the lines run to our house and I think it was like $35,000! Sure we could get paid tap in fees from others if others tapped in lol

Are you wearing your bathing suit? Do you have a web cam? Did you invite a bunch of people to watch? All that traffic would really slow your computer down!

Ha Ha, Padre: If I had a webcam and was in my bathing suit, the webcam police would come and take the webcam away...citing indecent exposure. I am afraid I have not looked decent in my bathing suit for a few years now. Old age spread is upon me.

ok off to bed. I guess I will finish the Redskins game while trying to fall asleep. Them Cowboys better watch out, The 'skins are not that great of a team, but they are better than some of the sportscasters are saying they wil be. They just may surprise some teams this year!
