I do need to lose some weight, but that has accumulated largely due to the inactivity/breathlessness. I used to exercise two to four hours every day and was pretty active.

I might have to send you one I can tell you only from my experience that I was winded easily before I started wearing my cpap so it really may help you Of course I was smoking back then but not over weight

But I was still smoking when I started wearing my cpap and got my breath back soooo the smoking was not the culprit

If it will help me with the breathessness then I'll be able to get back to exercising again and that will take care of some other problems. So I'll do it.
