...Sorry, if I offended....but I can find reason to laugh at anything...I think the phrase "politically incorrect" was invented because of me. I used to tell my first husband, "Goodnight, Kemo Sabe." And he would say, "Good night, Silver". (I have never been a small person). And you must be of a certain age to understand those comments.

Sweet Dreams.

Don't get me wrong, gramva. You're ok, Gummy's ok, I'm ok. I just brought it up because I know Gummy has a soft side he won't let on about, even if it's been bruised.

On a different topic..Has anyone used Xylitol mints or gum? They're supposed to make your teeth healthier & also fend off bronchitis & nasal virus' & infections.
I picked up some "Spry" brand mints today at the vitamin store.
The word on the street (and by "street", I mean, the internet) is that Xylitol is the new miracle thing, so I wondered if anyone has used it...

Oh man TV I try to avoid "new" stuff until it is tried and tested awhile but Xylitol sounds very familiar to me. I may have used it when I was on a very low carb diet but have to think about it. I could not have sugar at all and I am pretty sure the mints that I used contained Xylitol.

I have to mix some caramel cappuccino because I am getting cranky without it. bbl

You're correct Salem. I believe it is used as a sugar substitute. It's supposed to be all natural, from fruits or something...
Parting words from the cashier at the vitamin shop "Don't eat too many mints or you'll get the runs!".
Thanks for that.
(especially since the mints come in a bottle that contains 240 of them!)

Yes, I have used it but not sure that I was aware of those benefits. Matter of fact the liquid sweetener I used had that in it. I am going to look at it but I am pretty sure.
