Ha! No I am not by any means shy... And I don't scare easily... I am however celebrating my 2 year wedding anniversary with the wife, so I keep popping in and out to check updates during commercials! LOL . We had dinner at a nice Italian restaurant.... came home, got in comfy clothes and started watching our Monday night sitcoms..

We'll lock the dog up later and do some celebrating , but in the meantime, I can't stay away from the forums!!!!

pstttt is LD really my bro????

Well toto, you probably don't remember because you were very young when you were born, but you, SecondChance and LD and I were quads! I never understood why they named LD Lacey Day, but I wasn't consulted on that.

Now Granny salem always said I was a boy but there seemed to be some confusion among you, SecondChance and Lacey Day. There seemed to be some problem in determining which one was a girl and which two were boys. Thank goodness Cousin K-Space came along because he could always identify girls in a heartbeat.

I've done a lot of work on our family tree and the fact that Granny married your first cousin who was also your brothers sister in law by marriage after the operation and then there was the thing about Aunt Myrtle leaving town so suddenly. But its a solid family tree considering the fact that there are no roots and I've determined the shape of it to be somewhat like a telephone pole.

And the family reunions are a blast when PI, tib and Sdh show up!

WooooHooooo! Lots of fun!

I love chickens, especially breaded and deep fried in a cast iron skillett in lard... the lard that my mother re-uses for like 15 years at a whack...

Now there's a woman who knows what to do in the kitchen! Your lucky!!!

Man, I do love fried chicken but I had to get married so there would be somebody around to eat that danged white meat.

Love my dark meat! Used to fight my Dad for the leg off any bird! My Mother raised us on southern cooking. I used to eat butter fried chicken livers with her for a late night treat....

It's a wonder I don't have cholesterol issues!

Oh man, my mother used to bread and deep fry mountain oysters in the grease from fried chicken!

Its a wonder I don't have excessively high testosterone issues!

Hey TT, Remember when you told me that I sound like I am from New Jersey? I told you that I would not tell my mom (New Yorker) that but thanks for reassuring me I had not picked up the southern drawal? Well today I told my mom that you said that! She was complaining that I do have a southern drawal and I said that's not what my friend TT and his wife said LOL :laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

Southernese is insidious, Salem.
You even type it. :)

Nope. Everywhere I go they hear the yankee in me. Only a New Yawka would hear anything southern in my voice. :p Not so for you from what I hear lol
I work very hard not to have that twangy drawal.
