That was one of the first things I tried. Of all my eGo/Riva batteries, this one is just floating (very easy to move). The others were more solid. I think it detached from something.

1) Yes. All the lights work and I can change the voltages. Just no power.
2) I've tried several. I pulled out my multimeter and it is dead.

Is the multimeter dead? Or the PT? How do you know you can change voltages if the multimeter is alive but is saying the PT is dead?

Pokey, I believe he is saying that the battery is indicating that it is changing... but no voltage on the meter!! I could be wrong.. It would be the First time of course... but not impossible!
