Yes and No. They have to sign for treatment in the facility. All their actions are recorded on a caretracker in the main computer system. The caregivers who do the hands on cares document from food intake to elimination habits. As a nurse we have to "follow through" to make sure they don't get a bowel obstruction....

Seriously, I seen this years ago where someone did not "poo" for 27 days. I was glad I was not a nurse at the time...big lawsuit. The person died. This is a true story. I called 911 for the frantic nurse at the time. It was gory and I will leave it at that. That lady is what made me decide to become a nurse....one of many reasons. I vowed never to be a lazy uncaring nurse....and yes I pass out MOM like it was a shot of whiskey!

I just read a thread of someone disliking their new e-liquid purchase. How come everyone who dislikes something refers to taste like "pee" or "...."? I suppose others are fascinated by bodily functions as well. (I am not alone!)
