Yeah I remember Katrina. I have one of the survivors in the rehab where I work. The guy came to us hallucinating and on deaths doorway. No one wanted him.....so a distant relative finally claimed him and sent him to SE Wisconsin per ambulance. The distant relative told me some "real stories" that the news media would never report. Second hand info but I believe them.

Really, tg I would have thought you would at least get major rain bands from it.... that stinks if ya gotta deal with a storm.. ya should get some decent rain anyway!!

Well, we aren't getting any storm action, either. I am a little surprised because it is such a huge hurricane. It looks on the radar like it should reach us. But, alas, nothing, nada, zip.
