I'll have to try Elk sometime. There is an exotic meat butcher shop in Seattle that advertises crazy stuff - like alligator & kangaroo, I should stop by and see if they have Elk!

I promise, you'll like elk. Its sweet, tender meat that you can cut with a fork.

A cure for the nips...usually reserved for women who are breast feeding...take lipton tea bags, soak them in warm water,squeeze most of the water out, and apply one to each nip for 10 min.. They will take away the itch. Also, they will increase milk production if you're interested in that...
