Now its flared back up again.

So we're back to watching reports on that one.

Oh sure Don't ask about Ole SecondChance! Here I am swingin a blanket in one hand to beat down the flames....and typin with the other one.....had to tie my dang beer can around my neck with a straw..... But that's OK I will be fine.

Really are a bunch of horrible fires here in TX.... but I too am safe!! So many are not so fortunate!

Wow oly, it has been so long since I have seen that much water I can't even remember... But I do understand that when it reaches that level it brings a lot of it's own kind of troubles!! Sure would be nice if we could all just get a little balanced weather for a while.

It was recommended i check out this thread and i have been trying to. I started a couple days ago and it just kept growing faster than i was reading. So i admit i skipped a couple pages. Man you guys are active.

I saw you lurking back there oly.....glad to see you were brave enough to come on in after cking us out.....this is a very active house....if there isn't something for real going on, you can bet someone is gonna make something up.....a few of us are over the hill and have medical issues with lots of symptoms that we have to run by our nurses, cause even though we go to our Drs we like their 2nd opinion....weather seems to be a hot topic for us with the worry of hurricanes, fires, floods, tornadoes, drought, etc....Do hope the hurricane was kind to you.....

Thanks, yeah we actually didn't even lose power from Irene, unlike a lot of people around us. I saw one reference to football so i'll say Go Pack, even if my favorite team is the 49'ers my dad is from Wisconsin so we always followed them too.

But for college the Gamecocks are my guys.

I likew it better that way but with ground sausage in it along with the ground beef. I've seen it made with hash in it too. But one things for sure. It's always cheap and sticks to your ribs.

My dad actually has a cheese hat, not me, but i do have a couple jerseys.

I think it is kind of funny that 5 schools are trying to keep Texas A&M from changing conferences. I haven't even heard anything about SEC accepting new members.

Orange is a really bad color for me, the Gamecocks rivals are clemsons' putty cats and they are really a pukie color of orange.
