Sparky is half Pomeranian and half Papillion. The call the mix, Paperanian. He gets the coloring from the Pomeranian side, but acts like a Papillion.
Hey guys! Sorry I have been gone all day. Hubs ended up in the hospital. He fainted (syncope) in cardiac rehab. He just started Lipitor and I think it is a adverse effect from the huge dose. I am doing some research now at Mayo and FDA pages to find out some printable truth.
Hope you guys had a great day....My buzz ran out of batteries too early today.

OH Sd! I have heard of that Lipitor having some very nasty side effects
I hope that things turn back around soon for him! Fran, I am not sure if you may already know this or not but there are programs out there that will pay for the higher priced meds. under many circumstances
Thanks guys! I just called him and told him how the manufacture of Lipitor has covered up some nasty side effects. I can't believe it-but yet I can. Jeez. Oh and he is at our local hospital that is less than 4 miles away. Back to more research! If I come across any patient assist pages I will link them for Fran.
I know about many patient assist programs but would need more info to know what she might qualfy for. The manufacturer is a good place to start.
My mom swears that most meds do more harm than good and I think that she may be right.

Today we went to the Chiricauha National Monument and the very old Faraway Ranch. Just drove around and enjoyed the scenery and then went to a couple of ghost towns east of Tombstone. Nothing there but some melted adobe brick walls and again, it was a pretty and scenic drive.

Oh! She didn't say the name of the drug. Oops! The manufacturer probably has a assist program. Most do these days.
I just remembered that I forgot to update here although most of you probably saw the thread elsewhere. I did call Bovinia today and she is OK. She has been offline since last Friday because of a power outage. Other than a bad case of cabin fever all is well

Thanks salem. These have not been manipulated in any way. From the camera to the computer, uploaded to Photobucket and downloaded here. I think Mrs.TT's steady hand is responsible for a lot of the clarity.
Oh, and this conversation about the expense of meds. If I told you what we have to spend after Medicare you wouldn't believe me. If the guv'mt doesn't drag us down the drug companies will do it for them ... or the big investment firms, or the big bankers ... we can't win.

Oh trust me I would believe you too! My mom is in the same boat. We have to watch her because 1. She is not a fan of meds
2. She may skip doses to cut costs
3. She is not a fan of meds lol
