10% DRY4 (TFA)
5% Cinnamon Danish (TFA)

Mixed fresh (make, shake, bake and vape) it's perdy yummy! Might go a little lower on the C.Danish next time (3%) and maybe throw in some Bavarian Cream (5%).

Anybody else try this yet?

I tell ya it get's better every day, it's IMHO closer to any Boba's (what it tastes like when it's steeped awhile) than any DIY recipe I've tried and I wasn't even trying for it, add some Graham and you might have it.

Couple a non-vapers smelled it and commented on great it smells as well.

Any way I'm making 30mls of it tonight, exact same recipe.

So what exactly does "smooth" do to this flavor? and do you guys add smooth AND vinegar?

My favorite mix of this is 10 percent, a few drops of brown sugar extra and steep for four weeks. I've experimented with adding both smooth and acv in small amounts and I don't think they're needed at all. Depending on what you like in a ry4 type mix, you might want to experiment with caramel, vanilla, sweeteners, and nut type flavors (peanut, almond, hazelnut, walnut, etc.)

For me, the caramel comes forward a little more than the vanilla and I though I'd like a little added vanilla. To my surprise, I found I liked the simple mix a little better. The only thing that improves it for me is the brown sugar extra, but then again, I have a huge sweet tooth lol.

If you have a pungent flavor such as american red then a few drops of smooth can help calm it down a little. A drop or two of vinegar per several ml can help tame some of the cloy or fake sweetness and oddly enough can sometime help with sour notes as well. This is all according to my burnt out taste buds of course, so ymmv and please take all advice from me with a grain of salt lol. :vapor:

I made 30ml on a whim because it sounded good. I'm not getting Boba's from it (which I'm not too bothered about...not a huge fan anyway [although I do like it]), but it is super-good stuff! And I haven't even steeped it yet..like, at all. I dripped some about 5 minutes after a thorough shake, and now the rest is in a bath. If its that good straight from the mix...I'm sure it'll be fantastic after a week or 2. I just ran myself completely out of juice, and had to have something NOW lol. Got my new flavors in today, and happened to have both of those. Thanks for the recipe!

Oh Great! Happy to hear you liked it, simple to make and full flavor IMO.

it's one of my few ADVs.

Yeah, I thought it was closer to Bobas than any recipe I tried, but certainly was not trying to clone Boba's though.
Really it shines fine on it's own...

I would like to hear what you think about the percentages after it's steeped for you?
I keep thinking less Cinnamon Danish, but keep making it exactly the same, figure why fix it if it ain't broke....

I actually like that amount of the cinnamon Danish right now. Its actually a soft undertone right now, which is nice, but honestly I think it'll be better after it pops. Then again I'm a sweet-vape junkie. This is my first bout with DRY4, and I'm hooked on that now. I think I'm gonna keep this in my rotation, and experiment solely with DRY4 for a bit. I see a lot of potential with it. I'm thinking something chocolate in it and maybe a hint of banana for my next mix. That sounds good to me lol.. But yeah, good mix man.

I got the ingredients coming in... Do you use any sweetener, EM or any other extra ingredients? or is it naturally perfect with just the cin danish and dry4?
I think between the DRY4 and the Cinnamon Danish, there's just enough sweetness, so no I haven't felt the need to add any...although if you like it sweet, I'm sure it wouldn't hurt.

I would say no on the sweetener. Try it without first. I don't think you'll want it in there either afterwards lol.

I vaped 4.5ml of this stuff yesterday out of my MISTer. Such good stuff.

Gotta confess. I mixed some DRY4 in February at 10%. Really wasn't crazy about it at that time. Yesterday I came across that bottle and after sitting six months it is awesome. I've been dripping it over the past two days and am half way through the 10ml bottle I had. Last night I checked to see what flavoring I had left and was able to mix a 53ml batch at 10%. Shook it and stashed it for a nice treat later this year. I'm sure a 6 month steep is a bit overkill. If I don't forget about it I'll try it every month. I'll have to ration the 5ml I have left now.:) And order some more flavoring.

Mine NEVER lasts that long.

just made 3 30ml batches

1 @ 15% dry4

1@ 10% dry4

1 @ 10% dry4, 5% Bavarian cream, 5% caramel candy

Really trying not to add anything such as EM, sweetener, acv or smooth. I ruined my last batch by adding too much EM, tasted fine at first but then got way too sweet after it steeped and then I kept trying to add ACV to tone down the sweetness until it was ruined, lol

The 10/5/5 was my first attempt at DIY. Very smooth and very tasty but, a little light on the TH. I smoked non filter American Spirit for years. Even when I started making my own (I hated the FSC crap!) I still cut the filter in half. Anyhow, this is my latest batch. All TFA except the Seedman.

8% dry4
4% Seedman (TOB506) Commercial flavoring
2% Caramel candy
2% Bavarian Cream
2% Vanilla Swirl
2% Hazelnut Praline
2% English Toffee

Next batch I'll change it up a little. It's got the TH now but is not quite sweet enough for me.

ry4 and double are totally different flavors, try mixing both - most interesting.

What happens? When I steep the dry4 for about a month, the caramel seem to come forward a little but not the vanilla. I fancy that I'd like a little more vanilla, but when I attempt to add it results haven't been that great. (Capella's vanilla and TFA vanilla swirl were the two that I tried)

I like and use the TFA brown sugar extra with several of my tobacco mixes. It's not dead on , but fairly natural tasting imo.

Also, what does the hazelnut praline do to the mix, and is it any good as a stand a lone mix? I've tried the capella's praline and cream and it's not that great imo.
