Why is my tfv4 tank so troublesome? Keep giving me problems. Coil break easily
Coil breaking? Quite vague question but based on knowledge and experience coil break could be a short or some juice problems

I did try one particular brand and it even broke down the coil after one tank vaping and it also gunked up like no body business

Another coil breakage could be torching too long and it caused the wire to break easily

Another perspective, did you use the right wire for the right settling? TC wire can't dry burn at all

Give us more info, we try to help you out

Are you using dual coils? If yes, then maybe one of the lead is touching the other coil. Thats causes the short and thus the break. If it's spaced, then maybe it's not even enough and causes a hot leg or part to heat up too much and then break.

I found that pre-built coils don't produce the same good taste as the RDA.
For some reason they all are really muted - even if I put the brand new one on the device, it's just a lot of vapor but no taste.
As soon as I replace it with RDA same juice becomes much tastier.
Am I doing something wrong?

I'm also a bit confused after watching so many review videos and they all say it starts getting testier after 60W if they use triple/quad pre-built coil.
But for me anything above 40 already starts burning cotton.

I first thought may be there's something wrong with the box and it's not measuring the resistance right, but then I verified with ohmmeter and it's correct.
How does your TFV4 perform?

Hey just got mine a week ago. Been playing with dual coil deck cant seem to get it to juice itself. Without open the top cap and let some juice flow down. What am.i doing wrong here. Ive been building for over 2 yrs.

Too much wick in the juice hole. The wick is suppose to cover the juice hole, minimum wick in it.

Yea i didnt put any in the channels. Just on top of deck right above them. Ive just now taken out the previous wick they were chunky. Replaced them with less wick same way just on top the deck above juice channels. Hopefully it stays saturated and doesnt dry out, because im really getting tired of taking this puppy apart. But when it works its great. Till it dont.
