Nothing will give you the TH you're used to I'm afraid - cinnamon and menthol will give you a slight "tingling" sensation but nowhere close to what a nic TH feels like.

There are 2 sub-forums on ECF that you might want to look into:
Zero Nicotine Vaping and Quitting Vaping
DIY E-Liquid

There are a few threads about 0 nic vaping

There are things like spicy flavors, peppermint, cinnamon, menthol, pepper, etc. that you can feel on the inhale but nothing gives that TH like nic. PG just does a good job of delivering the flavor and spicyness of nic and other stuff in juice. If there is nothing to deliver, it won't be there. You will have to get used to substituting that nic TH with something else just like you got used to vaping not being the same a smoking. Good luck!

Actually pepper and Hot pepper extraction has been used before with some success in very small amounts added to some 0mg mixes if my memory serves me correct, just using a very small amount of either in a DIY mix. I have never tried either but I remember a mad scientist here on ECF who use to swear by doing this, might be worth looking back into to get some TH in the 0mg juices, just a thought. I think there are some threads here on ECF about this or maybe even Google it could bring up some info on this.

^ This ... my first bottle of juice was 0mg Menthol and yes there is TH which is why it was recommended to me .. but I agree that the TH is milder than a nic juice TH, but for me that was a good thing.

Try a drop or two of PGA in your pre-mix juice. I DIY and use 151 or 100 prf Vodka:p...See you in the vape haze:vapor:(I'm trying to lower my nic level w/experimentation)the PGA gives me a different type of TH w/the lower mg of nic). Experiment, I always say, to find your Sweet Vape.
FlavorArt Flash = epic fail! It's nowhere near close to traditional TH, and it just leaves this weird taste in your mouth...

Yeah, Flash isn't even remotely a good replacement for a proper throat hit. For what it's worth I've reviewed the three main TH-alternatives Flash, Diablo Loco and Throat Hit Plus, and the bottom line on all three was: Fail.

What I've found that works? Cinnamon, of course, though it's sharper than a nicotine throat hit and a little more irritating to the throat. But something else that, rather bizarrely, works rather well? Toasted marshmallow flavouring. (Specifically, FlavourArt's) It's sharper than a normal nic hit but without the irritation of cinnamon. It isn't especially strong on its own, but used with a lower nic concentration in can help bring the throat hit up to a more comfortable level while keeping your nic intake down. Of course, it also means that you kind of have to like toasted marshmallow flavouring. I don't mind it myself, just not as an ADV.

Menthol flavor definitely gives me the throat hit. I thought I was lucky when I was just starting out. For one, I've never smoked anything but menthol. Two, I could DIY it and never have to order anything online for long periods of time. A few grams of menthol crystals will last you years. But overtime, just like a lot of things in life, the menthol sensation in your mouth becomes unpleasant when used excessively. Which is no different from vaping the same flavor over and over again. The solution for me has been to treat vaping like I did smoking -- vape only when I feel the urge to smoke... When I use other flavors it had to have nic in it. Otherwise, I'd rather have an analog.
