I posted a thread about how I was desperate to stop smoking and asked for some advice.
I will summarise some of the advice given that may help other people looking to make the transition. I'm very much at the start of the journey.
1 I keep craving cigs.
- Advice given was to concentrate on tobbaco flavours to start with as your brain can associate the sweet ones / desserts ones with smoking and makes you think of the after meal analogue smoke!
2 Requires a bit of will power
People on here said e cigs does require a bit a of willpower to start with. I've changed my mindset today. And it made a difference. Invaoed until my cravings subsided. Normally an analogue took 5 mins to smoke. vaping took me half an hour before the craving went. Using 18mg so think I'm going to buy some 24 and experiment. Yep I've smoked analogues today but more importantly I've replaced 6 analogues with vaping today! My normal smoking time is every half an hour but today it's averaging about 1.5 hours. This is a big win for me! Starting slow and steady.
You should always think about the analogues you have saved through gaping! Feel very pleased with myself. Have a long way to go but it's a start! From the advice I've been given in here sometimes it can take a while to adjust and the all or nothing mentality doesn't always work.
I would like to thanks everyone on here who has been so supportive!
I'm vaping gold and silver by Hangsen at 18mg and 6mg Apple as a chill out vape.
P.S Looking for a nice roll up flavour 24mg juice. Know of anything?
