Do you know that when I finally went out on a lesson with my dad a couple weeks ago (oh yeah, full picture of lameness comin' atcha
) I hit a car (other dude's fault, full speed, out-of-nowhere, through his stop sign, but still

Have you considered taking a proper course where you learn what to watch out for before they put you in a car? Do they have anything like Young Drivers in L.A.?
Do you know that, although I've gotten my permit renewed at the DMV SIX times, I've never popped for the pro on-the-road course (gonna wait 'til I'm outta this Aircast for my broken foot and then shell out the $, despite the angry 73-year-old man who'll be totally fuming about that decision...damn the recurring dreams of plowing over gobs of pedestrians!)?

Do you know there's more to learn than working the gas pedal and steering wheel and most parents don't teach things like looking well ahead, moving your eyes every two seconds, maintain your distance, use your signals, etc.?

You wanna call up my ornery pop and tell him all that (note to class, do not move back in with your parents...EVER!)? Can you imagine never getting over that initial feeling that the standard car you're driving is the size of a tank, and do you wanna see my dream micro car for that problem?
