The banner situation...

Just a heads up - we are working with the ECF team on the banner situation...

If you are not already aware - the Success Banners are "stuck" - they are cached in the ECF server so the clocks are not rolling.

This is totally out of our control at the present time. It's been broken since the transition to ZenForo here on ECF. The ECF IT team (retired1) has bigger fish to fry on the back side right now, but the issue *is* on the list of stuff to get resolved.

I just wanted to make everyone aware - AND - thank you for sticking with our banners despite not working. Hang in there - ECF is doing a *GREAT* job of managing a *difficult* transition!

I've been through a few forum refits to new software and this has been the smoothest so far. And considering those other forums were only a fraction of the size of ECF I am pleasantly surprised! The folks working this have done an awesome job and while there will be little things like our banners not working we all haven't been deleted. (Yeah, THAT was a fun refit. EVERY member including the mods just erased...took a while to find everyone and manually reload everything to the new software... )

Not a big problem. I just look at my banner on a forum where it works so I know when I am supposed to go spend money on my second year anniversary. Hummm...maybe it would be better if I never knew when I hit a milestone. Might save me $$$. LOL

Aside from the fact that it's a big part of our marketing plan, it's great poor justification for additional purchases. LMAO
