So, I unwrapped a new atomizer yesterday that I bought 2 months ago and rinsed it out and put it on my Chuck and whatnot, and I took a small drag from it to make sure it was working properly. I noticed the draw was way too easy and that worried me but I went ahead and took a full drag and BAMMMM it blew my head off! I mean WTF... after 8 days short of 5 months vaping I'd never experienced a vape quite like this. And it's still kickin hard right now on a dying battery. I don't know what else to say but that I got lucky and got a DAMN good atomizer for the first time ever. All of my atomizers have performed really well before this one but I've always thought "I know there's a better atomizer out there" and THIS is it... The funny thing is that it's no different from all of my other atomizers. I only use LR 510's and this one is the same as the others. Apparently someone did something right in the factory huh? I have officially given the golden HOLY CRAP award to this atomizer.

So, my question for you is do you have a BEST ATOMIZER EVER? Have you had the joy of getting one of those yet? One that just outshines the others in terms of performance by MILLIONS of miles? Or maybe you had one and lost it or it died? Tell me your experience.

HAVE A GOOD ONE!

The Mega Atty's are darn good, I have been using them now for about two months and haven't had to open a second one up yet, bye the way most of it''s use is at 5-6v and they just put out plumes of vapor. Lowthud when yours went did it just quietly die or what symptoms did it show, slowing down maybe or just quit??

Went to switch flavors(attys) and it was dead. It gave no notice, was working perfectly when I took it off the batt, then nothing. I'm gonna try and resurect it, but I don't have much hope.

My atty 'Sparky' finally gave up the goose earlier today. I had used it for everything for over 3 months. It was just a standard Joye 510, and I used it on a few different 5v devices, and it hit GREAT. The funny thing was, switching flavors on it was a breeze; never a problem with getting flavors out of it or anything. Even the clingy flavors, like mint, menthol, or cinnamon, just seemed to disintegrate when a new flavor was put on the atty. I'll miss Sparky, he was a good friend of mine. Sparky is dead, long live Sparky!!

Awwww I know, I read your story. Brought a little tear to my eye. RIP Sparky :( You will be missed.

GREAT stories everyone! I wasn't really talking about a general brand of atty's though. I was talking about ONE atomizer in particular, no matter what brand... Like, Yeah Joye attys are wonderful, but maybe you got ONE out of all that you've bought that just kicked the other joye's asses!

EDIT: Oh and by the way... I dropped my Chuck while my atty was still connected and it ripped the atty apart!!! Luckily I was able to just push it back together but DAMNIT It's broken!!! It still works JUST as good as it did before dropping but I just feel like it will die on me any second now. BLAH!!

I had about a 6 month run of really crappy 801's, every single one burned (scorched) within the first 10 hours...really poor construction, the coil threads were laying all over the place inside. But all at once the last few orders have been fine, so it's a rare thing to find an exceptional one. May be a good idea to buy attys before the August shutdown??? Just sayin...

Dam, just after posting while reading about someone who was losing alot of attys, my first eGo mega atty died. That's some bad mojo when that happens. lol

Hahah wow. That's awful. Kiss of death, right? I always knock on wood when I post stories about my atomizers never dying (like right now)

I've noticed atties vary from vendor to vendor. Some LR atties are lower ohm than others like 1.5-1.7 and it might only be a tenth or two of an ohm, there can be a huge difference in the vaping experience.

I only get my HR 510 atties from Puresmoker because (besides being local) they are Joye and 3.0-3.2 as opposed to most other that tend to be more like 4.0. The 3.0's give a better wattage (warmer, harder hitting sweetspot I forget the exact wattage I think it's closer to ten) imho than a LR 510 @ 3.7v. They last awhile too.

Do they by chance make HR 306's? I LOVE 306's-- both LR and standard. A variable voltage device makes a standard 306 truly shine- but to find a HR one would mean a constant, fixed sweetspot @ 6v. With that I could do without variable voltage.

I only use 510's LR and Reg, and LR 306's.
never had a bad one, mostly because I buy what y'all recommend.
I'd have to say that my LR's are best but only because when you really want a blast, they will come through; immediate gratification.
I don't rely on them all time though as the regs do just fine, but when you really need a root-toot goe with an LR.
If I treat them right, they just don't quit. I bought them in bunches of 2 to 5 at a time when i was worried about being short. At this rate I have way too many... lol.
and save your dead'uns.. just in case (not the resurrection folks) they ever get banned and then we'll have to learn to rebuild them.

My 510 atty's work really great once i remove this string like stuff right under the metal wick. They burn red hot and hit like no other. This also gets rid of the burning taste/smell every once in a while. If you use a 510 atty and it seems to be dying, get tweezers and remove the string stuff.. You will pull out a noticeably burnt string and power up the atty until it is dry and when you notice it glow red right off the bat. I have a longevity of about 3 months with my atty's and I don't clean them like I should.
