The best of both worlds, the dual coil hybrid setup.

Twisted coils bring out certain flavors of juices, but loses the original flavor. I didn't want to lose any flavor, so I built this hybrid setup on my new Caterpillar RDA. Dual mini coils with 6/5 wraps of triple twisted 30 gauge kanthal wire around a 5/64" drill bit on one side and 26 gauge with 8/7 wraps on the other at 0.41 Ohms. Both coils heat up evenly. Produces a heavy vape with great flavor.

Just redid this setup as a micro coil around a 1/16" drill bit with 7/6 wraps off twisted and 10/9 wraps off the single wire to help balance out the flavor mix and to produce more vape.

looks tight but, im not sure about this one. I feel like you would have un even flow of electricity or something

Both coils heat up evenly at the same time. I had to mess around with diameter sizes and number of coils to find the right mix.

If you can get both coils to have the SAME resistance you'll be good.

That should be your goal. If they are the same resistance they will truly heat evenly. Not 'looks even' but truly even.
