I have not heard if our bill has been approved yet or not, but they are working on a bill here, that will charge a tax on nicotine at $.08 per Mg. So I bought 8 liters of nicotine, I still have to rebottle 3 liters, but I should have the bottles tomorrow, should last me a little while I think. :)

KAS

Kas so if you bought 1ltr of 100mg base what would that cost you. (1000 (ltr) x 100 (mg) x .08 )

glad its not available locally here.

Now THAT is a lame bill. Where do they come up with this stuff?

yeah, we used to shoot people here that tried to do stuff like that we've gotten soft.

The adult signature thing is already available through USPS. The only thing is, you have to use Click & Ship, you can't get it if you go into a PO to mail your stuff.

The way I see it, they would be regulating the vendors by making this a requirement, not the USPS. And IMHO, if the choice is either to require an adult signature or ban everything but face-to-face sales, I would be OK with the signature. :2c:

You'd be a good one to ask ...... CASAA's CTA said that the age verification only works for 21 and older, so that would stop 18-20 yr olds from ordering online. It would also create a hardship for many military personnel as well as those who work and can't get things shipped to their business, especially since many PO's here have reduced hours, and it won't prevent kids from abusing it, they'll have an 18 yr old friend sign for it. It's useless to prevent underage sales, cuz you know they'll get around it, and only another thing to impose hardships on adults. Plus I would imagine that most under 18 are gonna do go the quicky mart route rather than online purchases anyhow. So I'm very much against it. It is hard enough on low income folks to buy the stuff, pay shipping without having to pay another 6.00 or so for this. I hope this doesn't come off as angry and it's certainly not at you! I just really hate this piece of legislation, and hope the house doesn't pass it. I just quoted you so you could say if the 21 yrs and older part is true.

Deb there are a lot of places that sell 1ltr 100mg for about $50. We have to pay as much for postage but I think you guys get it free or at least cheap. I dilute to 8mg so that 1 litre makes 12.5litres. That last for years.

Jup, but I'd like to be able to lay up a few liters. But I'll be able to do it a little at a time. I know MFS has it for $50-60/liter and I think shipping for one is about 10.00 I do need to try their nic to see if I like it. Sometimes they put it on sale for $40.00 I've got about 200mls of 100mg now, and my pg/vg will be here tomorrow. Tomorrow I'll have all I need to make some unflavored, and I do have a couple flavors someone sent me to play with. there are 2 flavors I know I want to get, and maybe one for my dil's mother. I'm hoping I'll like unflavored, but if not, I know I love a recipe a friend sent me some of that just uses apple pie and green apple, so I must get those two at least.

I'm just going to copy paste this from another thread.
They were taking pics of the inside of my eye. I don't know what he's going to do about my vision. He's supposed to laser it next time and then he was talking glasses. I told him that was not an option. I'm not wearing glasses, period. So now I have to wait 2 more months for my next appt. If I don't get the outcome I want I'm going to another doc for another opinion. He better be right is all I can say.

I know you're the one dealing with him.......but honestly, I think since you're still having issues after this last surgery, I'd already be seeing someone else. I know I mentioned that before, and can't recall what you said. I may be judging him unfairly.......but he didn't fix you so I don't like him!! lol

Because we (Aussies) have to import nic we have a lot of discussion about the quality of available nic. MFS is one of the top pics. Personally I get mine from china, which would generally make folks from the US gasp but I am happy with my vendor. I have mixed my own for years and I costs me 11c a mil and that makes vaping a great alternative. Fingers crossed your mixing works.

I really hate that y'all have such limited availability and have to pay such high shipping. thanks for the criss crossed fingers lol Each month I get a bit closer to having all the stuff I need, so in a few months will be to the point where I'll be able to start saving. If I don't like unflavored, am sure I'll be able to make my friend's recipe and that's maybe the best juice I ever tasted. Made a couple not so smart purchases that set me back a bit, but learned some lessons :) Still cheaper than cigs, and what I buy lasts a long time instead of getting burnt up!!

I've got two liters of MFS 60mg in my freezer. It's just backup in case we continue to float downstream (politically speaking). I'm still hoping that the US becomes free again some day, but right now I think lining my freezer is probably a good bet.

At least this way I'll have what I need to slowly ween down, then subsequently out :-(

Reality bites (wasn't that a movie??).

These people were voted into office and as long as they keep being voted into office I don't see things changing anytime soon.

true, but it's really hard, at least for me, to figure out who to vote for in state legislature. You just can't find out too much about em til they're in there. and it don't matter what they say, they'll do what the folks tell em to that paid to get em in there!

Not to mention the fact that as soon as someone says, we're trying to protect children......no one is gonna vote against that, unless they hear from a TON of people tellin em why it won't protect em, (geeze we're not talkin bout 6 yr olds), and how it makes it harder for honest adults.

Go online and google there names. You can find out about them. The worst thing about our voting establishment is the party system. People get hung up on their party and vote that person in because they're the party favorite. It don't matter if they're qualified or not. I wished they'de trash that system and vote for the person because of their qualification and merit instead. That's exactly why we're in the fix we're in today.

As long as the sheeple keep voting these career politicians in for one term after another we are screwed. Past time to put term limits on these guys who are doing nothing but getting rich off our money. They work less and make more money than any Congress in history.

Was going to type more but don't want to start a political debate here.

Deb: ever paid any attention to gun laws? The antis there are ALWAYS crying about "protecting the children", but people are starting to wise up

We typically don't let em mess with our guns......but we used to not put up with any of this sort of thing.

100% agree on both points.

Vote for me and I'll set you free. Rap on, brother, rap on.
Evolution, revolution, gun control, sound of soul.
Shooting rockets to the moon, kids growing up too soon.
Politicians say more taxes will solve everything.

I am not much of a math person, but if say a liter of the MFS nicotine is $50.00,
after the tax it would be around $800.00 for that same liter.
