THANKS ! ! ! For the info . . . :D

Now if it is not to much trouble, can "You" PM "Me" the links/receipe for these . . .

All yours.

A side note. The original recipe mentions its better after after a 2 week steep. I mix all the recipe minus the nicotine and let that steep and only add the nicotine to a weekly batch. It tastes a bit cleaner to me. If you vape a stronger nicotine and let it all steep then maybe you will get the tobacco twist.

The other trick I mention to people I know that still dual use is that unflavoured nicotine Eliquid is the closest to a cigarette so get yourself a bag of boiled sugarless lollies in a flavour you like and suck them while you vape unflavoured. Many of these lollies have similar flavours to Eliquid so once you have the unflavoured sussed you can find a flavour close to a lolly you like. I think Kas mentioned there is a brand of unflavoured that is designed for throat hit and taste.

sorry for the rant last night everyone, it was one of those days, vaping is definitely a personal thing when it come to your style, i believe that stems from the fact that people smoked cigs in many different ways everything from the number a day to how much you actually inhaled vs burned, how deeply you inhaled ect. I was never a smoker (just smelled like one a lot ) until i was in the military, there as a smoker i learned to do it fast and inhale deep in case you get cut short for one of a million things, like walking for instance. I typically finished a cig (to the filter) in three to five fast paced drags, which is why i believe i find big vapor so pleasing. anyone else have any thoughts on this theory?

No need to apologise. That's the extremely neat thing about vaping. It is so customisable and personally whatever works for the individual is ok by me. (Except if you have to directly plug it into a wall socket) I am not precious about how I vape and I would never judge anyone on their gear.

Just a note to let everyone know.......Rolygate said we'd most likely be moving to the new ECF software late this week, most likely on or before Saturday the 18th. Retired1 I think it was said that they're saying ECF will be shut down for 24 hours, but that it shouldn't take that long........... so just wanted everyone to be ready in case ya gotta talk to someone on here, then, make other arrangements now lol

I agree the military will definitely change the way you do a lot of things! When I got out it was a long time before I could walk without marching! lol Took me years before I could only drink good fresh coffee again and pour out the bad stuff. And jup, ya learn how to smoke quick!!

I have a friend from active duty nearby and we realized one day that we were unintentionally keeping in step with each other, after that we started noticing that we do it a lot

Air, I think you've pretty much hit the nail on the head. It is most likely that we all (or most) tend to vape in the style of our former smoking habit. I know for sure that I do. I never once thought about how much smoke I was exhaling...... I only thought of having one, two, 7.

I remember way back when I first learned of vaping and watched a bazillion YouTube videos in order to further my understanding. I used to sit and watch, and try to emulate the way that the presenter was vaping. I found it beyond odd and I felt so weird doing that.

As time went on, I started to vape more naturally, and by that I mean in the same way that I smoked. I still do, and I am happy with it. My style might be similar to some others, but I'm well aware that it's mine, and NOT everyone elses. Your theory sounds strong to me.

Jup!! The military ingrains that stuff deep!! It's amazing how much of it you do without even thinking, even decades later.

ETA: then again, that's their goal........make it so you do it without having to think about it. Some of it could save your life or someone else's.

Air you're among friends so no need to apologize for being one of the friends. We all have our days. I vape the way I want and like too and I don't think anyone could change that but with respect to others I feel they have the same right to vape the way they want to. If everybody vaped the same can you imagine how hard it would be to get supplies? You're all good with me.

Can you BELIEVE that ECF might interrupt BB Stalking Saturday here? The NERVE... :?:

Yes, I expect you DID (spell it properly). Us 'mercans and our stupid zeds. It's why the world hates us, you know?

Or maybe it's for some other reasons, but the zeds are in the mix - I'm almost certain...

Or maybe it's Walmart? Dammit - I hate it when I can't remember stuffs.

I think the Siluro's pretty good. While it hasn't leaked so far (touch wood), methinks getting it into the tank without screwing up the cotton's pretty much an impossible feat.

Edit: isit just me or does everyone's siluro get stuck on the brass ring when unscrewing it? Its fine if the tank's empty but if its full it gets really messy. Anyone?

Again - THANK YOU ! ! ! As for DIY and mixing these . . . NOPE - NA DA - NOT HAPPENING . . . since I got "nicotine poisoning" once from a minor mishap just trying an "E-Liquid" - NO WAY I'm gonna get into DIY (other then adding a few drops of "Liquid Menthol"/"Kolada" to the mix of the flavors I have). . . Thankfully, I have a couple of ECF/Vendor Friends that will make these for "Me" to try . . . Matter of fact, "You" lost "Me" with the reference to "Sugarless Lollies" (Although, being a diabetic - sugarless is a very good thing) and I really do not vape any flavors (with only a couple of exceptions) that are that are Food/Drink related at all . . .

Now as for that "Unflavored" - "E-Liquid" (especially that's already made up at 24 nic) . . . @ "Kas" - was that "You" or does anyone else know where to get this ? ? ?

As a Counselor in "Human Behaviour Modification" - I can not only professionally, but personally attest to this. More importantly, "You" can see that this is just one of the many reasons that people have a major problem with changing both habits and addictions, especially with the addiction and quitting smoking . . . Which "You" can also see throughout ECF (especially if you check out this thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...dicted-smoking-habit-support-chat-thread.html and it contiuation here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/pay-forward-pif/519384-still-smoking-support-chat-thread.html ). . . Cig look a likes or MODS . . . Vapor or TH . . . More Power - less power . . . Bigger = Better . . . Who really knows, however I can state that it is all a personal preference to what will work for "You" . . . AND - That in itself has been and still is one of "My" problems when I started and now today with becoming a Full time Vapor . . . I wanted a "Cig a like" (KR808D-1 which I still use today, along with a couple of MODs & Now "My" BB  ) and am still looking for that "True Menthol Tobacco" Flavor to become "My" ADV that will assist "Me" in the "Transition into the Vaping World" to reach the ultimate goal I have now - To Quit Smoking altogether (originally I started only to cut back and regain control of how much I was smoking - never even considered quitting smoking until I read other's stories AND - To be perfectly honest here, I actually started smoking more when the Anti-smoking people started and all the laws that were enacted - so I couldn't smoke where and when I WANTED TO that I actually started chain smoking 3-5 cig's before getting somewhere I couldn't smoke) . . . I hope some of this is helpful or informative . . .

OH and Don't forget that "retired1" mentioned in that thread that ECF will try to keep people updated with what is happening via "FB" & "Twitter" too . . . :D

Same thing happened to me with regular cartos and the bridge. As a newbie to the BB is was so frustrating and I dumped a lot of Eliquid. The brass screw I had was a tad tight on everything. I ended up using a different brass screw. (Thks DP) now I would remove the oring and just sand a smidgen off the base of screw or if in your case it is the oring then you can sand that with toothpaste,

Last trick is to switch the oring to a clear or red oring they are less sticky when lubed with liquid.
