NOW that I'm finished with "My" farewell tour up North and back in Florida at "My" comupter . . . I'm gonna go out on a limb and make a suggestion here, so if this is going to alright with DD too . . . Since I WON the last contest - if everyone is agreeable, I would be more then willing to run this contest . . . I'll set up a board similar to the one DD made and that can be updated as the day's go on . . . Also, assign "Ships"/Placement numbers via PM's for those who would like to play . . . I may be even able to add a Special "Surprise" Tootle Puffer Prize (let Ya' Know what later) to make the game even more interesting too . . . Let me know . . .

Would like to play but don't have time right now.
I did find a new use for my BB today, was trying to set up a 38 year old transmission I'm building and the flat piece of steel that goes with the jig we use to set pinion depth seems to have wandered away in the 2 years since I last used it. I was wandering around the shop for about 15 min looking in all the suspect places and puffing away on my BB getting more po'ed by the minute when I looked at the BB and remembered how picky DD is about quality. Checked the side of the BB with our straight edge and it was flat, problem solved.

Okay - Here is the official list of players . . .

AND - Here is how this game of "Pillarz" will work . . .

Each player will have 2 Boats and "We" will be following the same rules set-up by DD With a few exceptions as Noted . . .

Here are the ruleZ: so far...

I make a giant Battle Ship grid onthe white board in my (for lack of a better name) office.. a 12 x 12 grid. A1 to l12 {Which will be on a piece of paper}

This will have to be a fixed number of players game so we'll have to do a head count first, but a 24 player cap...

I will lay out the grid with ships, each taking up three adjacent spaces either horizontally or vertically (no diagonal ships)..

I will PM each player their ships location.

Once a day (not sure on the time yet) i will say "FIRE". Each player will pick ONE spot on the grid to attack. So for example "E12"...

Before I say fire again, i will say what locations were hits, and what were misses...

I'm not sure if I will say WHO'S ship was hit or not... Still thinking on that...

I can't see any loopholes or what not, so let's call this thing a go....
