Last night, as I was walking to my car, I reached into my back pocket to take out my Rev. 4. It slipped out of my hand and fell on the sidewalk. I am a bit OCD when it comes to my electronics and the resulting ding (pictured below) will bother me to no end. Thankfully, there was no damage to the internal components and the mod is functioning perfectly. I'm actually considering trying to get another one during the upcoming sale, if the same color is available, and putting this one up in the classies.
I'm sure the temptation is there for many, but I'm a metals guy...so the Technicolor dream coats that many of these BBox models wear is a bit much for me.
That being said, I sure don't mind ogling the collection presented by my new BBox family!!!

I posted a photo a couple of days ago. It's missing only the black Rev4. Looks like a box of crayons! I love the colors, and have been known to go all matchy-matchy

I dropped mine a little while back and it really does suck Thankfully I have a clear so it doesn't stand out too badly. You're probably already going to do this, but I would hold off on throwing yours on the classifieds until you have the tracking number for another one. It's better to deal with vaping on one with a little cosmetic damage, then be without one!

My heart literally skipped a beat when the mod hit the sidewalk. This was the second time I dropped one of my mods and it's a gut wrenching feeling!
I'm definitely holding on to my current Rev. 4 until I get a tracking number for a new one, if I'm lucky enough to score one this weekend. If worst comes to worst, a little cosmetic damage is not the end of the world, but I'd rather replace it with an unscathed one.
My own (heart) skipped a beat just reading that, AG!!!!! I would NOT be happy with a dinged B Box. Best wishes and F5 speed on getting your new one!
