Yeppers! Uncle and 5cardstud those are just as I had imagined. But the catch and fumble would have been the icing on top. I've watched a lot of try and catch and fumble shots in my years and whatever the outcome was it was always a laughing fest afterwards. Sometimes after a few tears but oh well things just happen and laughs are worth a million now a days. So sorry it got a chip thou. And that it is so hard and long for you to get another.

I know......I love laughing.

I am the BB customer from hell. I own three of them, countless spares and kits and I have yet to register as a customer on their data base. For some reason my bank will not play nice with any payments so if it wasn't for folks like Kat and DP I would be boxless. I am the charity case that people pat on the head and help facilitate the purchases.

Well, I'm going High Tech here on sliding the glass on the Boro tank. Had issues sliding to refill with a diver V2 installed. Once the tank is removed, clean the glass if needed and take Scotch tape and place in center at the top and run it about 2-3 inches below the tab. Just on the glass. Rub the tape for a good seal and slowly pull the tape tag being careful not to go in a downward direction. Once the seal releases the glass seems to slide OK. Slide the glass back when filled and just peel the tape off.

I just use one of those rubber disposable gloves, opens right up. :)

Monday is my maintenance day. Change coils, cartos etc and clean everything. It was drying when curious hubby went "so how these work" and when the seal gave on the open he dropped it. I will give him points for the look of panic that flashed in his eyes and the (funny now, not at the time) desperate one hand one bounce clutch at it which just shot it across the room even harder. It has a small chip on the little tab bit that in no way impacts the running of the tank. But......... I know its there :)

I know this look! Particularly after the catch/fumble.......same one my son had the day he whirled around (without using a blinker) and knocked my vv gripper outta my hand and it flew across the room. He has made some amazing catches diving for things, but not this time, just a good swat! He kept apologizing, I couldn't get a word in edgewise to tell him it was ok, they are cheaply made but they do tend to snap back together pretty good. Wasn't the first time it had come apart. I have tape over the battery door to keep it shut since the catch part was the first thing to go. My juice holders wobble really bad...and when I close the batt door, I have to line up the metal tab thingy really well...cuz it came unsoldered. But it still works!! hehehe Not sure how I'd act if I had one that was jimmied or repaired somehow.

Welcome to my Monday morning.
Except for the unbearable cuteness.
And the being outside (which is pretty much just an annoying void to be suffered through between home and work).
And with much less than the required amount of coffee.
And without the soul-wrenching, "Nooooooooooooooooo..."

omgggg that was cute!! I didn't realize they had such beautiful panda-esque eyes!

Brother? I was texting with my good friend Cat back n forth throughout the game. She's an ECF girl.

.

Maybe I quoted wrong......that was to LB. She said her brother was rooting for them. At least I think she did.

Kas I was using your trick when I found one of those old fashion office rubber paper flicker things for your finger. (I think they are called finger stalls) Just use that and its easy as well.

I am always running at a million miles and hour so have had my fair share of breakages. (Seem to have klutzy periods every so often........more often as I get older). We have been married for so long that we find the humour in it all and he did try to save it on the way down. (that will cost is chiropractic bills :) )

I am one of those people that always buys two of everything just in case and Murphy's law, I didn't do that with this tank. Kat did all the running around for me on it so has a motherly regard for it. LOL I can see the disappointment in her eyes.

Oh. Poor. BABY.

MOTHERLY??? HA! Yeah/no. ;)

Aww, sweets, we lub ya and will facilitate any ole time. We've already got pre-addressed bubble mailers with your name on 'em. ;) (And the 17 copies the PO wants for international shipping.)

For all you folks who rassle coils on your off-BB time, here's a video for calculating total resistance and total & per-coil current draw for those advanced high-voltage differential-resistance builds.

It's so easy, even a kid can do it!

I just cannot watch. A child that comfortable with writing on a whiteboard is freaking me out, let alone the subject matter. :)

HaHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! CRAFT, eh? Love it.

I remember those copies when I was sending stuff to my son in Iraq! Hated those! List everything you're sending.......sometimes it was just a big assortment of stuff he wanted.......personal item!!!! So there!!! lol Really, you expect me to remember what I put in there by the time I get to the PO??? Finally took a stack of those forms home with me.

Yeah I got super tickled over CRAFT when I heard it. Mama told me that one......she's also my pastor! lol She's kinda my adopted mama. We're not blood, but we're family.

Freaky mutant child!!!

I couldn't watch more than a few seconds either. I tried going back again to see the Eraser, but didn't get much further than the first time.

Oh ya, forms. I hate em. After you fill em out they send them back and say you forgot this number or you got the wrong one. I take a stack too because most of the time it's the same info you did the time before.
