Yeah, well, there's a first time for everything, so it could happen.

Mmm hmm. My sentiments exactly.

If I ever switch allegiances, it would be to the ONLY team in professional sports that neither holds its city hostage, nor takes a penny of . public (municipality) funding. The Green Bay Packers.

Amazing, isn't it? Only ONE (team), and not a red cent. They TRULY make money the old fashion way...

Wow glad you said that. That is interesting. Son and I were talking about that them other day. Not sure I could handle rootin for a team that far up north......but........ I do love me some Aaron Rogers. Now if they send me some cheese curds.......we might have a deal lol

For me it's more the point than the location. I look around, see all these teams doing things that absolutely disgust me, with taking tax dollars #1 on my list, then there's the Packers. Never, ever - not a penny. Yet not only do they survive, in a TINY town even, they thrive.

The simplest things often get my attention. And for this, they get mine.

I didn't know that........and it's a definite plus! Was just kiddin bout up north, but dang that really is up there lol Jup that is just the kinda thing that would sway me and my son. I had no idea that other teams (apparently ALL other teams) took public money! That's very disgusting!

Obviously I want my team to win.....but......I don't care if they win as long as they try hard........ I care about how they act. If they have integrity etc. That's one huge reason that my son roots for the Spurs......from what he tells me they are all outstanding folks from the coach down. I could end up a cheese head. Can't think of anything bad I've heard about green bay

I love the Spurs too, back to when they drafted David Robinson. Obvious family impact there too.

I have Duncan jersey that I bought while down there, during his first year. A little place across from The Alamo is where I picked it up.

Unfortunately I'm a Knicks fan too (sigh).

OK - off to work, me.

And Donny - you like those mechs, eh? They could just never get my boat floated. But I'm glad you enjoy it.

hope ya have a good day at work.

My son has a Manu Ginobili jersey, but David Robinson is/was his fav player. And.....he got to meet him. What a guy. My son was in SA for Army training..... a bunch of em decided to go to church, got lost trying to find whichever one they were doing to go to. (very fortunately) ended up at Max Lucado's church.........Max was there preaching that Sunday so that was kewl. When he saw the group of soldiers there, he had em all stand up and honored them for their service. Turns out that is the church David goes to. He'd signed some autographs, took photos etc for the soldiers, but my son was talkin to the praise and worship team I think and didn't realize he was doing it. By the time he realized what D.R. was doing, he had already started to leave to go to his car. Somehow word got back to him that there was one soldier who'd missed his opportunity and was a huge fan. He came back in and met my son. Ok, tryin not to cry now, but wow...... not too many people would ever do that!! It wouldn't matter if it was my son or not, to do that for any soldier (or any fan really) makes him tops in my book. This was quite a few years after he retired even!

Good afternoon/morning, everyone. Hope everyone had a great weekend. I blinked and it was over :(

Although no RPG were listed this weekend, today seems to have been my lucky day. I managed to snatch one up from across the pond that's soon coming back home to the US.

It wasn't me :)

I forgot to ask Mr Studly how the eye is going.

NICE! Congrats, Andy. I just saw that this morning on FB (I think that was the one, anyway). BEAUTIFUL!

Yes, K - we don't use "across the pond" for the Pacific. That's actually an English term, in line with their tendency to downplay things.

You are simply, "Down under", which (I believe) belongs to YOU. We 'mercans, we just take, take, take... ;-)

Anyone up for Walmart? :D

Don't like the tune? Ok no more, it's gone.

Geez, J. I kinda liked it. Catchy little thang.

Hello everyone, has there been any info on getting replacement gaskets for the BoroTank? I feel like there was some mention of it, but can't seem to find any info. I let the gasket that came with mine 'rest' after it started coming loose causing some leakage. It seems to fit ok now, but I haven't really tested it yet as I'm waiting for my Kangaroo from Ohman mods to be shipped (https://www.facebook.com/ohman.bmods). Even if the 'stock' gasket is good to go after letting it rest, I'd love to have a few on-hand, just in case...
